Production Description:

Graphite electrode is made from the domestic first petroleum coke and high quality needle coke and widely used in the electric arc furnaces for production of alloy steels, metal and other nonmetallic materials, etc. The graphite electrodes include regular power, high power, super high power, ultra high power and square electrode. The range of diameters covers from 200mm to 700mm. Our products own the following characteristics: low electric resistance, good electric and thermal conductivity, high oxidation resistance, greater resistance to thermal and mechanical shock, high mechanical strength, high machining accuracy.

Q:What's the purpose of the electrode material? When the electrolytic molten state of NaCl is said, what is the use of the graphite electrode and the iron electrode?
The copper electrode used for finishing size of the copper electrode discharge speed is not fast but spent graphite electrode is relatively smallRequirements of the high surface, the appearance of products are copper electrode discharge processingThe iron electrode is not clear enough to be used
Q:National standard for graphite electrodes
Page 7 the international standard specifies the shape, dimensions and tolerances, technical requirements, test methods, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and quality certificates of graphite electrodes. This standard applies to high quality petroleum coke, asphalt, coke as the main raw material, through molding, roasting, impregnation, graphitization and mechanical processing made of, power supply arc furnace as conductive material of ordinary power graphite electrode. Common power graphite electrode GB
Q:Electrolytic salt water why use iron as a cathode, all with graphite can not?
The iron electrode is easier to be installed in the electrolytic cell, which is more convenient than the graphite electrode, and the density of the graphite is small. After being adsorbed by hydrogen, the graphite is easy to float up, and the density of the iron is larger. This problem does not exist in the.5
Q:Why should supercapacitors use graphite as electrode material?
Because the graphite material's electrochemical stability is good, can let the super capacitor withstand the higher monomer voltage. The electrode is not easy to wear out.
Q:In EDM, the electrodes are made of graphite and copper. Please tell us the difference between them
Graphite is characterized by coarse particles, fine particles and ultrafine particlesFor different processing, you can choose different particles, the smaller the particle size, the higher the accuracyCopper has good conductivity and thermal conductivity and is used in many occasionsBut there are many factors to consider in the choice between the two
Q:Is the anode of electrolytic water suitable for ordinary titanium wires?
Graphite firstFirst of all, the titanium electrode is usually not pure titanium, it should be titanium with a metal oxide coating. Secondly, the advantages of the titanium electrode is mainly to save electricity, the corrosion resistance of carbon is much stronger than that of industrial production, if the meaning is relatively large, but it is still in laboratory experiments, electrolysis of water, not what meaning.
Q:What is the difference between SGL graphite electrode and graphite electrode in general?
Pure graphite is a kind of high-purity graphite. The processing technology of fine graphite and high purity graphite is basically the same, that is, the purity of graphite is different, the purity is higher, and the particle size is basically the same
Q:Use of graphite in steelmaking
Application of graphite electrode in smelting, alloy steel, iron alloy, graphite electrode, the strong current through the melting zone, the arc electrode into the electric furnace, the electrical energy into heat, the temperature rises to 2000 degrees Celsius, so as to achieve the purpose of melting or reaction.
Q:What's the use of carbon?
Common power graphite electrode. Allows the use of current density of less than 17A/ cm 2 graphite electrode, mainly used for steelmaking, smelting silicon, yellow phosphorus and other ordinary power furnace.
Q:What is the difference between pyridine type nitrogen and graphite type nitrogen?
The fine structure graphite is the raw material used in the production of graphite electrode. The particle size is relatively small, generally below 0.5.
