Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Fabric with Stainless Steel Wire Enhancing type is made of high temperature resistant and intensity 9 micron E glass filament texturized yarns with high quality stainless steel wire as enhancing material by special technique. The glass yarns are assembled and textured by passing through high pressure air jet machine into a soft yarn with outstanding insulation properties. These yarns are then intensely woven into a soft, durable and flexible fabric that can be readily treated or coated to further enhance its properties. Textured fiberglass fabric or cloth is available for supply without coating or treatment by Pasia. Vermiculite coated glass fabrics are tough, durable and resist metal splash and welding spatter. Vermiculite coated glass fabrics are capable of withstanding temperatures of 1000 for short periods and make functions as an ideal material for fire barriers and welding curtains.

Main capability:

It could be used under the temperature of 70-1000, also it could resists transient high temperature;

It resists ozone, oxygen, light seasoning and climate seasoning;

High intensity, high module, low shrinkage, non-heteromorphy;

When the temperature exceeds its working temperature, it still has lingering intensity.

Flame resistant, good ability of insulating heat and holding temperature;

High intensity;

Corrosion resistant;

Main application:

Fiberglass fabric of expanding-volume yarn has great capability and it is widely used in such fields as steel-iron, electric energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, environment protection, cement, etc. It is suitable to use as enhancing material with high request on mechanical capacity and for body protecting, e.g. generator system, soft joint of boiler and chimney, heat insulation of engine room, production of fireproofing curtain. This product is also used for system expiating of exhaust, air exchange, breathe, disposal of dust, exhaust gas; all kinds of coated basal fabric, temperature holding of boiler, pipeline knotting, etc.

Q:Vermiculite and Perlite (ME / NH)?
Probably just vermiculite. (I probably didn't spell that right.) Comes with the soil. Not to worry. Now if it starts making gold, we will all be right over.
Q:i wanted to know where to get some?
definetly vermiculite for a holds the moisture well is a nice soft substrate and can be released of excess water easily.
Q:Are these all the things i need to breed Leopard Geckos?
you should have your beardie lay its eggs in sand for the east stress. vermiculite wouldn't be a very good place for a nest. vermiculite is used because it holds moisture very well and keeps the eggs moist so they won't dry out, there are some other options but i have heard that vermiculite or perlite work best. a good homemade incubator could just be a little deli cup of vermiculite with the eggs in it floated in a small aquarium with a heater in it. i have heard that it is a very good way to incubate eggs. you could build something a little better probably but i would recommend making one of these if you want something quick and easy. just get like a small aquarium a fish tank heater and something to help circulate the water if you can. so that the eggs get evenly heated.
Q:Organic brown rice flour and Vermiculite?
Hello first off its never recomended that you don't hold any trarantula for yours and there safty as they can still bite if startled and fall as they can jump and even though a bite won't kill you you can have a nasty alergic reaction to th venom. However if you do want to handle your tarantula herar are som good tips. 1- use a soft paint brush to coax your tarantula out of the enclosure never put you hand inside have you hand laying flat and move the tarantula onto your hand. 2- if the tarantula goes into the threat posture leave it alone. 3- If it acts agitated moves away or strikes leave it alone. 4 - You can have him out as long as you want there isnt a time guide however i would at first keep it to 10-15mins 2x a week just to allow your self and the tarantula to get used to being handled and build up your confidence. 5- keep your tarantla low down in case it jumps or falls this will reduce the risk of injury. 6- If it runs see where it has gone use the paint brush to move it out if it turns defensive use a half cut bottle (large coke bottle) and move him into the bottle and put him back into the enclosure. 7- if he escapes use a heat sorce he should go to it as they go to warm spots. Mine escaped once and we couldent find him i put he microwave on to cook some food and when i went back he was sat on top of the microwave. The tarantula will rear up on to its back legs if its going into a defence mode and will strike. When it molts a good sign is boldness on the abdomen it will go its food and may become agitated and hide away. It will flip onto its back so don't touch it its not dead. make sure there is no food inside the enclosure the moltng can take up to 48hrs make sure you do not feed it up to a week to allow the new body to harden. If you need any more info please ask me i have lots of experience.
Q:My blue belly lizard just laid eggs. i took them & placed them in an incubator with dirty on top of them?
Get some vermiculite from a local reptile shop and mix it with water so that when you squeeze it it holds its shape but no water comes out and then put this mixture into a tupperware container which has small air holes cut into it for air circulation. Dig small holes for the eggs this will make it so they wont roll around. This is very important, the eggs need to be undisturbed and kept the same way the mother layed them. Keep the temperature at 84-85 degrees with a humidity of around 80%. The incubation period usually runs around 45-60 days roughly.
Q:How do you make compost for Mushrooms?
any of these type products have chemicals in them that be harmful to your pet i do not like snakes but that ok i dint want to see it suffer either if you put that stuff in there with him you might as well put him in the oven and turn full blast because the fertilizer in that moss will do just that it will cook him alive if you have feed close to you some where that carries horse bedding like sawdust or saw chips anything but ceder chips the oils in it will bother him to pine or some type of hard wood will do great hope this helps
Q:should i use aps or perlite for my crested gecko eggs to incbate in?
Mining operations on the Libby site stopped in 1990 in response to asbestos contamination. While in operation, the Libby mine may have produced 80% of the world's supply of vermiculite.[9] The United States government estimates that vermiculite was used in more than 35 million homes but does not recommend its removal. Nevertheless, homes or structures containing vermiculite or vermiculite insulation dating from before the mid 1990s, and especially those known to contain the Zonolite brand, may contain asbestos, and therefore may be a health concern. Regards! PS (I know people from Libby, MT. The problem makes Love Canal look like a kool-aid spill.)
Q:why would a murderer put a body in vermiculite?
Get it tested before anything else. Avoid use of attic. If it is not disturbed, there is little chance of harm.
Q:Mites on ball python eggs ?
Coffee grounds are better I believe because it can turn into compost after a while and I'm not sure if vermiculite will.
Q:What is the difference between vermiculite and perlite?
Theur sis chunks, rly boi, sorda vermiculite.
