1. For Glazed Porcelain Floor Tile, what is the difference from polished porcelain tile?
—— For Glazed Porcelain Floor Tile, there is a special glaze layer on the tile surface, which makes the surface feel matt or rough, while the surface of polished porcelain tile is glossy and smooth.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For those models whose production could be arranged frequently, we could mix 2 or 3 models in one container.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton. If the order quantity is over 5 containers, we could print the carton of client’s design for the final packing.
4. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.

- Q: How many pieces of a tiles are there in general?
- Look at the size of your brick! The specifications of each brick are not the same! The number of installed is not the same!
- Q: I took off all the old flooring in the bathroom and whats left is wood (plywood), can I tile directly onto the plywood or do I need to set something down first?
- Sure you can. Go to any reputable tile company. They should be able to supply and tell you to... 1st apply a flexible rapid set adhesive... 2nd then place on top a fiberglass mesh (this giving strength). pushing this onto the adhesive using the flat edge of the tool used to put the adhesive down.( doing a small area at a time and working your way to the door ) Once the adhesive is set, you again put another layer of adehsive down and your tiles. When set you can grout :-) This system will give you flex and strength so that you tiles will not move and crack, and raise the floor not much thicker the your chosen tiles. HAPPY TILING :-))
- Q: I was looking at the glazed tiles at Lowes, they‘re so nice looking, and they‘ve got so many colors.I‘m looking to tile my living room floor...I‘ve read glazed isn‘t good for floors, it‘s more for walls and counter tops. Can anyone tell me about this? I don‘t have any experience with tiles, what is the norm, the standard for floor tiles?
- I agree with the above answers. Tile in a living room is not what I would call common. However, if you are committed to going with tile, I would avoid anything with a high gloss or shiny finish since any scratches will show right away. If your living room doesn't get much traffic or you are careful with it, it probably isn't that big a concern. Tile is pretty tough so I wouldn't make my decision just based on that. However, I would also recommend going with something that looks a little more natural or stone-like. I'm no decorator but have recently remodeled our bathroom and we did a good bit of homework looking at tile options. Natural or stone are the popular looks right now. As another option, have you considered a laminate floor instead? There are a number of brands that look like wood, stone or tile. It can be a little more per square foot than tile (depending on the tile you buy), but the installation is 10 times easier. Also, there's other expenses associated with tiling a floor that bring the cost up to at least the same price as the laminate. Lastly, if you sell you house in the future, most people would not be surpised by a laminate floor in the living room but tile would be a bit different unless you were in a very hot climate or maybe located on the coast.

- I was always under the impression that there was more hazard from the adhesive that was used to lay the tile in old buildings, as it was full of asbestos fiber. Seems like they referenced this on more than one Home Improvement show I've seen. Of course, it's been many years and I've slept since then.
- Q: I‘m trying to re-tile two small bathrooms. One is ~20 sf. The other is ~35 sf. I already have the tile, don‘t want any special designs, and have normal rectangular shaped bathrooms with a toilet on one wall (i.e. very few weird cuts). There is already tile on the floors that will have to be taken up. How much should I expect to pay to get someone to install it?
- I don't know where your from and prices varies Tilers charge per square yard. find out with your measurements what the square yard is. be it.. 20 , 25 i don't know. then ring a tiler and ask him how much they charge per square yard. multiply their answer with your answer. that's your price. in Ireland it's 15 per s yard so...... (10 sy X 15 = 150) remember when measuring that you subtract the windows and doors as tilers should not include this in price. also count your bags of adhesive as tilers steal the left over stuff thats not needed. I know this because I am one.

- I don't think I would, if it is a shiny glazed tile in place now, There wont be a bond between the old and new tiles. If the current tile is a rough slate tile, maybe. Check the recommendations of the manufacturer of the tile you want to install. Another option is to install 1/4 inch concrete backerboard over the existing tile, but it should be screwed down and that's a real chore in your situation. Maybe the manufacturer knows of a type of mortar that will work on those smooth existing tiles (assuming they are smooth). I recommend you to hire a professional if you can hire. I recommend a company ciciliot who are very professional in this regard.
