1. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
2. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?
—— Yes, of course. We have very good relationship with those big shipping company, such as COSCO, MSC, HPL etc. We have a very professional logistic team to arrange the shipping issue well.
3. Could we be your exclusive agent in our country?

5. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For those models whose production could be arranged frequently, we could mix 2 or 3 models in one container.
- Q:I have never tiled before. I have a 3 x3 ft entrance in my house. I would like to remove the old tile and re tile it. How long should this take? and can I just tile over the old tile or does it have to be removed? but mostly how long should it take me to do?
- If you have the height for tile at the door and any thresholds and the substrate is sound, You should be able to tile over tile with a super modified thinset. Not the kind you buy at Home Depot or Lowe's!! It would take you about 2-3 hours to tile such a small area and then the next day 1 hour to grout it. But as the other gentlemen said, It would be cheaper and faster if you called a pro like him or myself! We would really have to see what you have down under the tile to make a dissension on the course of action, its time and cost!
- Q:How would one grout mosaic tiles on standing mirror?
- Grout application on a mirror is exactly the same process as grouting a tile floor, back-splash, counter top, or table. Since the mirror is standing, I'd be sure that the mirror won't topple over when applying the grout because it has to be floated into the crevices between the tiles / tile pieces. If possible I'd suggest laying the mirror flat, either on the floor or on a sturdy worktable A grout float is basically a block shaped pushing tool used to force the grout between the tiles. Hold the float at an angle against the tiled surface and use a firm sweeping motion across the tile to push/force the grout into all the nooks, crannies, cracks and openings between the tiles. You'll have to work fairly quickly because grout becomes hard to work once it starts drying out. Work in a diagonal pattern and go back over any low or missed areas. Allow the grout to sit for 20-30 minutes. You'll know the grout is starting to cure when there is a light haze on the tile surface. Using a sponge and a bucket of clean water lightly buff the tile to remove the haze. This step may have to be repeated once or twice to be sure that all of the excess grout has been removed from the tile surface. If you want to seal the grout and tile, there are a number of sealant products available but you'll need to wait 3 or 4 days before applying in order to allow the grout to cure properly.
- Q:How does the concrete on the tiles clean?
- Often the right way is to use oxalic acid. Apply oxalic acid to a concrete tile, wait 10 minutes later, rinse with water, brush with a brush, it is easy to get rid of. General small grocery store has this kind of decoration for the removal of cement and other stains after the small bottle (500ml) sales. If not, you can also use an acidic toilet cleaner. The above two principles are to use acid to neutralize the alkaline slurry.
- Q:I‘m installing 13x13 floor tile on a slab. Any tips on how to do it right
- If your not overly familiar with doing tile a diagonal isn t the easiest to start on. Lay out and proper tools are a big help in your preplanning. Right size trowel and large enough wet saw and had cutter is a must. Get the longest straight site line and split the room in 1/2 with a chalk line. Lay tile back to the wall and figure the size of pc(pcs) you need. You can cut a few of these pcs as a starting point. Knowing you split the room you should be equal when you get to the other side. A perfect straight edge will help keep your lines straight. Use this on all sides as you build out from that wall and lay as though your doing a straight lay just that your on a 45 degree. Or if you are doing an open ended area , you can cut several tiles in 1/2 and work back. A bit trickier but overall look is better. Don t cut tiles directly in 1/2, you must cut just off center if this is a starting point. Very hard to do and takes experience. - Your best bet then is to do the measurements yourself and go to a store (even homedepo or Lowes) and have them cut it. They will most likely cut it with some type of wet saw, keeps the edges from chipping.
- Q:My dad layed tiles in his kitchen recently. He had some plywood type stuff that he layed them on top of so they are on a flat, even surface. But then someone told him he should have put a netting type stuff underneith the tiles too, to keep them from breaking. Is that very important, will his floor be ruined now?
- Its called wire mesh. Its not used as much anymore. What makes tiles or grout crack is the wood below the tiles. If the floor joists are too far apart and the plywood is not thick enough it can cause the floor to move. Even a little bit of movement can cause the tiles and the grout to crack. The wire mesh will not help if the floor moves.
- Q:For some reason I‘m having a hard time finding a good DIY instruction page on how to remove floor tile. Half of them are about removing just one damaged tile and the rest all have different methods. Some say to place a towel on top of it and smash with something, others have different machines. I‘m not really sure where to start. The space is about 5‘ x 5‘ and the tiles are the tiny kind, like 1 sq. inch each. What tools do I need? Do people usually tile underneath wooden vanities? Will I have to take it up? Help!
- First stop should be a Home Depot or Revy or whatever building supplier you have near you. They will know and have the tools you might need and could give good advice on the easiest removal. Unfortunately there are no magically easy ways to do this. If you are able to attack an edge, good for you. Use a good, sturdy scraper. Perhaps even one that you will be able to use a hammer on the end of. Then it is just simply a matter of elbow grease and determination. Actually, a 5' X 5' space will come off fairly quickly once you get started. If you are not able to start at an edge, you will have to make one by chiselling out a few tiles until you can get your sturdy scraper working again. just scrape a few grout lines and pry out some tiles. Please wear safety glasses and gloves throughout this whole procedure. These things will chip and have very sharp edges. The next part is to be sure that you scrape off all of the thinset (glue) that was holding the tiles down. You are now almost ready to re-tile, if that is your goal. If it is, then just be sure that the area is solid and clean and you are good to go. As for tiling under a vanity . . . some do and some don't. New home bulders certainly don't in order to keep costs down. It certainly is not necessary as long as the vanity will be the right height after you are done. There could be a 1/4 to 1/2 inch height difference due to the thickness of the tiles. Hope this helps. George
- Q:tiles on back splash, work done in south florida, 4x4 inch tiles
- Tile labor usually runs in the 3/5$ a s/f range. Doing a back splash usually closer to the 5$ a s/f .. This is a labor intensive job ( not hard just a lot of cuts etc) and with that amount of s/f it will run a day and a half, maybe 2 full days with the grouting and clean up.Any one telling you different isn t doing quality work. - Q:I just installed a backsplash in my kitchen. It is glass mosaics with slate - 1x1. Today I began grouting and after it sat for 2 hours ( as instructed) I began wiping it down with a wet sponge. After scrubbing it for about an hour there is still a considerable amount of grout on the tiles - especially the slate. I used non sanded grout which is recommended for my tiles, but it will not come off! What can I do to remove the grout off of these tiles without scratching them? Please help. Thankyou
- Use Vinegar and Water, about 50% mix . Try to wipe each tile without getting into the grout joints. You will most likely have to repeat this with a two cup vinegar to gallon of water bath (okay to get on the grout) bathe two more times to take any lasting film off your slate. That's what I did with my tile throughout my home over a year ago and it's still shines and looks fabulous.
