—— Yes, 40*40 is available. Based on the actual market demand, we could also supply 45*45 and 50*50 accordingly.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For some special model, if its production is not arranged frequently, the MOQ is 5 containers.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Depends on the exact type of tile. Some porcelain and other hard bodied tile you ll burn the bits and possible the motor itself. If it was a smaller area you had to cut out, it would possible work. - Q: I have 1in. tile all over my bathroom,is tthere a paint to use that will stay on?
- Technically, you can paint over almost anything if you use the right product for the job. In your case, i would suggest you firstly clean the tile thoroughly and make sure they are fully dried before working on them. Then prime it with a primer which is my favourite for difficult surfaces. called X I M Its an alkyd based primer that basically seals and adhere to any surface as the base coat. Then you can basically paint any paint of your choice over it without the fear of delamination. I have even use this method on mirrors and they work fine. Since this is a bathroom, enamel paint as the top coat will be a better choice since its easier to maintain and clean. You can get This Primer at you local paint shop or you can order them online under the paint supplier links. I get mine from JANOVIC...

- Professional here, are you talking about Slate tiles, Spanish tiles, or shingles ?? Flashing around vents requires a pointing trowel with the end tip broken off, makes it easier to apply around flashing, I would use Karnak brand myself, have used it 20 yrs commercially. You would require skill to get this right even if you try. Replacing any so called Tiles also requires experience, if you never walked a roof, you could kill yourself. - Q: I am getting ready to replace my kitchen flooring. It currently has sticky vinyl tiles, which I hate. I want a nice tile look for sure. However, it seems it is very hard work installing real tile, and more expensive. I have seen some laminate click together tile flooring that looks pretty good.Which one is best? - Ceramic tile, properly installed will out last any flooring..You have your choice of ceramic, porcelains and even real stone, if thats properly sealed. Dropping something of properly prepped and installed tile will NOT crack it. You may top chip it but you would also damage any other flooring thats installed. Laminates ,of good quality will last a long time but the water factor and being in a kitchen is high risk. Sheet vinyl , as long as you don t get a base grade and get a decent product,, is also a good flooring.The new vinyls have better top coats and clean and last longer with warranties that last a long time. Tile is labor intense but the savings out weigh having it installed. You can install it yourself for the price of having some one else install vinyl. - Q: Our house was built in 1925. My husband is removing our bathroom floor tiles that haven‘t been touched since then...we had only vinyl tiles on top of the old. He discovered these tiles are extremely difficult to take out they are very hard tiles under the vinyl we have now. Then when he tried to remove the hard tiles he had to remove concrete like stuff and sand like stuff. It‘s been one hell of a job just to remove everything. He went down to the foundation of the house! I just started worrying now about asbestos. I remember how old homes have them. Is it possible there is asbestos in these? There is a lot of dust in the house because of the removal process. Anyone know? I have two small kids and I‘m petrified. I‘ve heard of vinyl tiles having them, but what about the other stuff in our floors?
- Old tile can have asbestos. The ONLY way to know is to take a piece of each with glue/mastic on the back to a local lab to have it tested. You can not determine absolutely or not if asbestos is present by size, color, or texture. If he has already thrown it away, all you can do is wet clean the entire area and move on. If you can afford it, hiring an asbestos removal company to do it would be better or hire an asbestos consultant to checkk the area.

- The only cutting tool you can't go without is an angle grinder.Get the Dewalt that costs between $50 $60 dollars.It's lighter weight has the amps to make it happen.Buy a diamond blade but do not get the Bosch Turbo.It's inferior.Also,you want a continuous rim on that cutting wheel.The 4in. is the way to go.I can do entire houses full of tile with nothing but a grinder.Gonna be real dusty,though.

- Yes it is bad to tap on tile period! It can ruin the tile floor and damage your shoes. Tile is a very slippery surface too when exposed to metal taps (especially Tel Tones). You don't want to fall and injure yourself. If I were you, I would stop by home depot or a similar store and get a square sheet of plywood to dance on. If you aren't able to do that, you can step outside on even concrete (not concrete with jagged edges, smooth concrete) and that will help create traction, and give you a nice tap sound quality.
