Q:What's the refractory material in common use currently?
According to its category, raw material of basic refractory: Mainly magnesite (magnesia), dolomite, lime, olivine, serpentine, high alumina material (sometimes neutral); main neutral raw material: chromite, graphite, silicon carbide (artificial).
Q:What refractories have good mechanical property resistance and heat expansion and cold contraction property?
Explain that where you use it for and what requirements you have. Follow-up: I use it in metallurgical furnaces with the features of strong stirring and acidic residue.
Q:What refractory material does cupola lining use
In order to improve the service life of the lower wall and the bottom leather, dense and high alumina brick can be used for masonry. The front furnace is composed of the bottom, the wall and the top. The top of the furnace is vaulted or hanging flat roof. The front furnace body is usually made of clay brick and high alumina brick, and the bottom work floor is rammed with ramming material. The material is the same as that of cupola furnace. The bridge and the front guard taphole, slag hole and other parts due to erosion by high temperature molten iron and slag erosion, lower service life, frequent repairs. Large blast furnace adopts hot blast or oxygen enriched blast, which has higher temperature and higher production capacity... The damage is faster, and it is hard to maintain production by using clay brick or high alumina brick. Should be used aluminum, carbon or corundum refractory silicon carbide castables pouring or tamping, so that the integrity of good, high strength, corrosion resistance, and therefore significantly improved service life, generally up to one year or so. Refractory materials, including chimneys and spark traps, are used in other parts of the cupola. The chimney and the cupola shaft directly connected with the shell made of steel plate, lined with ordinary clay brick, can also be used ordinary refractory castable pouring. The chimney is provided with a furnace heat exchanger, which can preheat the air to 300~500 DEG C, and the spark collector is used for catching the hot coke and dust particles brought out in the flue gas. The chimney at the top of the reflector (cover) by plate welding, can also be used to cast iron, its lining refractory coating or spraying paint.
Q:What's the classification of refractory material?
Magnesium aluminum is complex and mainly seeing what classification standard is like according to the appearance shape can be divided into two categories, setting and not setting according to the acid alkali can be divided into acidic, magnesia, high aluminum, ramming expected, spinel, spray coating, plastic, just the quality of the jade, daub material according to the chemical composition is divided into, such as clay, neutral and alkaline according to the operation mode can be divided into different castable, magnesium, calcium, magnesium chrome
Q:what are the requirements of fireproofing material?
The producing process of fire and moth proof wood: firstly, put general wooden materials into solution with calcium, aluminum and other cations, then soak it into the solution with phosphate radical, silicate and other anions. Thus, the two ions will be carried out chemical reaction in the wood, forming a ceramic-like material, and intimately fill the voids of cells, so that the wood has the fireproofing and mothproof properties.
Q:Why can aluminium hydroxide not be used to make refractory material?
Hope my answer is helpful to you. It decomposes and produces aluminium oxide and water after heating, chemical equation for the reaction is: 2Al(OH)3=△=Al2O3+3H2O. Aluminium hydroxide can't be directly used to make refractory material because aluminium hydroxide is not stable.
Q:what grades are fire resistance of fireproofing glass divided into?
Fireproofing glass is a kind of special glass which can keep its integrity and thermal insulation performance in regular insulating refractory trials. and it can be divided into three classes according to its fire resistance: Class A, it's a kind of fireproofing glass that can satisfy the requirements of refractory integrity, refractory and thermal insulation at the same time. This kind of glass has the properiyies of transmittance, fireproofing ( smoke insulation, fireproofing, and keeping out thermal radiation), sound insulation, shock resistance, and it's suitable for steel and wooden fire door of building decoration, windows, varnishing, partition walldaylighting roof, ceiling screen, perspective floor and other construction components demading for transparency and fireproofing. Class B, it's a kind of fireproofing glass that can satisfy the requirements of refractory integrity, refractory and thermal insulation at the same time. Such kind of fireproofing glasses mostly are composite fireproofing glasses and has characteristics of transmittance, fireproofing and smoke insulation. Class C, it's a kind of fireproofing glass that only satisfies the requirements of refractory integrity. This kind of glass has characteristics of transmittance, fireproofing, smoke insulation and high strength, etc. It's suitable for fireproofing glass partition wall, fire Windows, outside curtain wall and other places without insulation requirements.
Q:What are the advantages and disadvantages of new external wall fireproof and thermal inuslation matertials?
The new external wall fireproof and thermal inuslation matertials have both the advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: 1)Low requirements on the waterproof, weather resistance and other technical indicators. The dry wall and gypsum plastering mortar, etc. can meet the requirements and can be easily obtained; 2) The inner insulation material are separated by the floor, and construct within a height of only a storey , without erecting scaffold ; 3) In the hot summer and cold winter or hot summer and warm winter area, the inner insulation meets the requirements; 4) The glass beads overcome the shortcomings of expanded perlite, like, large amount water absorption, easy powdering, big volumetric shrinkage in the slurry mixing process, easily leading to post-insulation product performance degradation and hollowing, cracking, and also make up for the defects of polystyrene particles organic materials, like, flammable, poor fire performance, producing harmful gas at high temperatures and anti-aging, poor weather resistance, poor workability and large rebound in construction, ect. Disadvantages of external wall insulation : 1) Since the ring beam, slab and column structure would cause thermal bridges, leading a greater heat loss; 2) It is of low intensity, high water absorption, easy to shrink and crack. The insulation system is prone to cracking, leaking or loss and other common quality problems, especially it is easy to crack at the seams, thus being difficult to exsit as long as the building. 3) It is inconvenient for the users to redecorate and hang ornaments; 4) It takes up indoor used space;
Q:What are the additives and recipes of refractory?
Trimeric major role played bulk water reduction effect can be considered strong trimer strong bleeding effect'm sure Hey lignin sulfonate water-reducing effect of the strong retarding superplasticizer effect in two critical recommendations with more money to buy homes are equipped who is willing to disclose ah experiments to solve the problem through Chuk Wan
Q:What are the raw materials of refractory concrete ?
We has been adhering to scientific and technological innovation as the company development ideas, establishing the export-oriented development strategy and has close technical cooperation with scientific research institutions. We supply many kinds of calcined bauxite.
