Q:Does anyone know fire-proof material of fireproof wooden door?
Fireproof wooden door goes through the flame treatment, so it can prevent fire. Its principle: Fire-retardant treated timber has become flame retardant material itself and its fire endurance has increased. The commonly used method of fire retardant treatment for timber including: Spraying method, soaking method, boiling method, vacuum method, vacuum-pressure method. Spraying method and soaking method are generally used for timber surfaces which are no longer going through planing process, and thin plate fire retardant treatment, whose thickness is less than 10mm .
Q:I wanna ask about the thermal insulation material fire resistant level?
1. The thermal insulation material of level A combustion performance: Rock wool, glass wool, foam glass, foamed ceramics, foam cement, hole-closed perlite, etc. 2. combustion performance is level B1 insulation materials: Extruded polystyrene board (XPS) after special treatment / Special treatment of polyurethane (PU), phenolic aldehyde and gelatine powder polyphenyl granule 3, combustion performance is level B2 insulation material: Molding polystyrene board (EPS), extruded polystyrene board (XPS), polyurethane (PU), polyethylene (PE), etc. See the 2009 edition construction technical measures 4.3.6 Level A insulation material is only for fireproofing, but its thermal insulation performance is not better than organic XPS \\ EPS and other materials. Thanks
Q:What kind of refractory materials can withstand 1500℃ when processing briquette stove core and meanwhile cost less?
The main material is quartz sand and it is the cheapest, and can resist 1500℃ without any difficulty.
Q:What is the principal part of silicious refractory material
Shenzhen Longgang Jiangyou Hua Boiler Accessories Co., Ltd. is specialized in refractory cement, refractory mortar, refractory clay, refractory aggregate and perlite. And other refractory | thermal insulation material, it has cooperated projects in Shenzhen, Huizhou, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai and other sites. For more information you can find our website on Baidu.
Q:What are the chemical composition of refractory cement?
Calcium aluminate prepared by calcining as the main component. Aluminate cement takes bauxite and limestone as raw materials, alumina content of about 50% as the clinker. And it is a hydraulic cementing material made by grinding. Refractory cement is also known as aluminate cement.
Q:What are the use of fire-resistant material and admixture?
Generally speaking, there are several admixtures: 1. Water reducing agent. It can ensure basic refractory castable flow value and significantly reduce its water mixing amount sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate 2. Plasticizer. It can increase plastic refractory mixture and enhance the ability of bentonite clay mud material stress strain 3. Gelling agent. It can make the colloidal solution (or suspending liquid containing solid particles condensed gelling agent 4. Dispergator. It can turn condensation or reunion colloidal particles (particles) into sol or uniform dispersion suspended particles and make the thick colloid free stream sol said scattered coagulant peptizer 5. Coagulant. It can shorten the stereotypes refractories condense sclerosis NaOH Mars between aluminum hydroxide, etc. 6. Retarder. It can delay the stereotypes refractories condense sclerosis between citric acid tartaric acid, etc. 7. Delayed coagulant. It can make setting fire-resistant materials contain binder by set out the condensation hardening effect between calcium aluminate cement, etc. 8. Foaming agent. It can reduce the liquid surface of power to produce uniform stability as rosin soap bubble resin fat saponin and so on. 9. Antifoaming agent. It can make fast setting fire-resistant material mixing or shock in produce bubbles escape alcohol fatty acids, such as 10. Shrink agent can reduce or prevent the refractory materials used to produce contraction type heating said silicon powder stabilizer or volume expansion agent, etc. 11. Preservative. It can keep setting fire-resistant material stored on construction performance change or change oxalic acid citric acid, etc. 12. Inhibitors. It can inhibit stereotypes refractories ingredients contain iron or iron compounds and acidic reaction caused inflation to produce hydrogen bond CrO3 diacetone alcohol, etc. I hope it can help you.
Q:How to divide the fire rating standards of insulation materials?
The fire rating classification standards of insulation materials, 1. Insulation materials with A-level combustion performance: inorganic fiber spraying, rock wool, glass wool, foam glass, ceramic foam, foam cement, close-celled perlite, etc. 2. Insulation materials with B1-level combustion performance: specially-treated extruded polystyrene boards(XPS)/ specially-treated Polyurethane(PU), Phenolics, Polystyrene rubber powder particles, etc. 3. Insulation materials with B2-level combustion performance: Expanded polystyrene sheets(EPS), Extruded polystyrene board(XPS), Polyurethane(PU), Polyethylene(PE), etc.
Q:How to divide the fire resistant level of construction thermal insulation materials?
1, Combustion performance of the national standard building materials are divided into the following levels: Class A: incombustible building material: Material that almost never burn. Class B1: nonflammable building material: Nonflammable materials have good effect of flame resistance. In case of fire it in the air or at high temperature it is difficult to catch fire and spread, and when the fire source is removed, the combustion can stop immediately. Class B2: combustible building material: Combustible materials have good effect of flame resistance. In case of open fire in the air or at high temperature, it will immediately burst into flames and spread the fire quickly, such as wooden column, timber roof truss, wooden stairs, etc. Class B3: flammable building material: No flame-retardant effect, highly flammable, high risk of fire. 2, According to fire rating, external wall thermal insulation materials can be divided into 1) thermal insulation material with class A combustion performance. Rock wool, glass wool, foam glass, foamed ceramics, foam cement, hole-closed perlite, etc. 2) thermal insulation material with class B1 combustion performance: Extruded polystyrene board (XPS) after special treatment /polyurethane (PU) after special treatment , phenolic aldehyde, gelatine powder polyphenyl granule, etc. 3) thermal insulation material with class B2 combustion performance: Molding polystyrene board (EPS), extruded polystyrene board (XPS), polyurethane (PU), polyethylene (PE), etc.
Q:what is the common materials for home fireproofing material?
1, lumber core 2,decoration panel 3 , plywood 4 density board 5,chipboard 6 fireproof panel, 7.gypsum board Hope to adopt my opinion
Q:Why should graphitic refractory materials be used now that graphite can burn?
In theory, any substance can burn as long as certain temperature is reached. Graphite is turned from diamond under anaerobic condition and at high temperature of 2 000 ~ 3 000 ℃. that is to say, ignition point of graphite (lamellar graphite ) under anaerobic condition will be at least above 3 000 ℃. There are many types of graphite, and their ignition points are also different. Ignition point of pyrolytic graphite is much low. Except for a few cutting-edge areas, fire endurance demand for most areas in daily life (eg. brake pad will add a certain amount of graphite) is under 1000 ℃. Therefore, graphite can be used as refractory material. That is, graphite can both burn and can be used as refractory material, which are not contradictory.
