Q: There is a 5.0 kg pail of paint to one side, as shown. How close to the end can he approach safely? Express your answer using two significant figures. If there is more than one answer, separate them by commas.
I am looking for as shown, as I am not psychic.
Q: so im 16 and only got into piecings within like the last year...iv only got my belly done, but iv been in love the scaffold piercing for ages, but im just wondering whether it would look really odd if i got it as it would be the only ear piecing i had, opinions??(and yes if i got it done i would go to a reputable place)
I pierce lots of Industrials on young girls and half of them say its their first piercing! They look great on a plain ear, because they are such a large piercing its good to have ears that arent covered in piercings already because it starts to look too much when you have heaps of piercings in your ears. You just need to be dedicated to it as it can be difficult to heal, so make sure you have a really good think about it before you get it done.
Q: a paintbrush falls from a scaffold takes 3 sec to hit the ground. How high is the scaffold? Explain pls!?
Its 3 seconds high, but you would need to know how heavy the paintbrush is, could be as heavy as an anvil dropping from a building. (The scaffold would be as tall as the building)
Q: A man of mass 60.3 kg stands on a scaffold supported by a vertical rope at each end. The scaffold has a mass of 21.5 kg and is 2.3 m long. Suppose the man stands to the right from the middle of the scaffold that is a distance one sixth of the length of the scaffold. What is the tension in the right rope? Left Rope? Can someone please explain HOW you do this question!? Thanks!
the HOW is that if he moves 1/6 of the way to an end, then he's 1/3 of the way from that end and 2/3 of the way from the other end. The tension from the platform doesn't change, but the tension from the man on either rope is inversely proportional to his distance from either end; in other words, he's 1/3 of the way from the right end, so 2/3 of his mass goes to tension on that rope; he's 2/3 from the other end so 1/3 of his mass goes to tension on the left rope. the rest is just math!
Q: There is a 6.0-kg pail of paint to one side. How close to the left end can he approach safely? How close to the right end can he approach safely? Can someone help me with this problem, I keep working and reworking it and coming to the same answer. I must be consistently making the same mistake. If someone can help me work through it I would really appreciate it. The answers I got were:Left: dmin, left = .54mRight: dmin, right = .77m
At the threshold of danger, the tension on the far rope reaches zero. (a) Distance from left edge = x; then summing moments about the left rope gives ΣM = 0 = 71.0kg * g * (1m - x) - 22.0kg * g * 2.0m - 6.0kg * g * 1m The g term cancels, and the rest solves to x = 0.296 m ? (b) Distance from right edge is X; summing about the right rope, and knowing the g terms will cancel, ΣM = 0 = 22.0kg * 2m + 6.0kg * 3m - 71.0kg * (1m - X) leads to X = 0.127 m ? Hope this helps!
Q: In the housing budget in what circumstances calculate the dependent chute and independent ramps? Thank you
Dependent ramps or independent ramps, there are construction organization design or construction program, according to the construction organization design or construction program requirements
Q: What is the distance from the external walls of the scaffolding and scaffolding?
Under normal circumstances, horizontal horizontal bar extension does not exceed 300mm
Q: How to do a good job of typhoon during the mass transfer mobilization work
Such as: all kinds of dangerous housing, plant, shed, temporary buildings (such as walls, etc
Q: Construction scaffolding erected what is the standard, there is no template can refer to it?
Scaffolding erection specifications are as follows, if you want to do more understanding, then please look carefully Oh, a lot of content, looks a bit boring
Q: what do you call a place of great significance? such as the scaffold in the Scarlet Letter?
Historical a place with alot of history attached to it Landmarks
