General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.

The characteristics of:

- flat style seat

The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.

And the overall package glue

The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.

And corrosion resistance

The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.

And not easy to break

Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.

Three "O" ring seal

As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.

And help to drink

Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.

- Casting valve

Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.

And light weight

The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

Q:I am a 55-year-old female going in for mitral valve replacement surgery, and I need to decide on which valve to get: bovine or mechanical. If you have any experiences or know anyone who's had either of these types of valves placed in their bodies, please elaborate on the experience. I want to know the pros and cons of each.Thank you.
Hope this helps matador 89
Q:I have a 97 Neon. The Canister Purge Valve circuit gives a code 31 stating that it has a problem. I've replaced the valve, which didn't make the code go away. I removed the battery for a few hours, and the code went away. I drove for about 2 weeks and the code came back on. If it's not the valve, where do I look next?
Could you describe this canister purge valve? Not sure what you are talking about here. Is it part of the emissions, part of the radiator, or what. I am just guessing it's part of the emissions. In which case, I need to know if it has a smog pump. Could be the pump, could be a clogged up cat, could be a bad EGR valve. Need some more info to help beyond this point. Good luck.
Q:Tryin to figure out how many valves a 1992 vx has. 16 or 8?
'92 Civics had single overhead cams (SOHC), so they have 8 valves. 1 intake valve and 1 exhaust valve per cylinder, so since there are 4 cylinders, that makes 8. Vehicles with dual overhead cams (DOHC) had 16, but Hondas had SOHC cams at that time. I'm really surprised how many people are saying 16. That is incorrect. I am positive. You cannot have 4 valves per cylinder (total of 16 valves) on a motor that has a single overhead cam.
Q:Need some info. Ok, four valves per cylinder is better than two valves per cylinder. Fine, why did Ford REVERT to only 3 valves (my guess is to save cost SOHC)? Audi and VW are using five valves per cylinder on some cars, does this offer any advantage over a four valve engine? Maserati even experimented with a six valve per cylinder!!!! (see link) http://www.maserati-alfieri .uk/alfier... but abandoned it (my guess is cost again?) Why are we stuck at four valves or would more valves actually render more horsepower? Pop some ideas best answer to reasonable answer...
Think of an engine as an air pump - obviously, we want the least amount of restriction for the incoming air and also the least amount for exhausting the compressed air. The ideal situation would be to remove the head during the intake stroke and put it back on during the compression stroke, but, obviously, this isn't possible. On a naturally aspirated engine, the intake is the most critical because the air is moved only by a relatively small difference in pressures. The exhaust stroke, on the other hand, is aided greatly by the super heated temperature and rapid expansion of the gasses. Two intake and one exhaust valve seems to be the most practical and efficient solution - adding more vales means smaller valves and an increase in the overall complexity. I seriously doubt that Maserati ever abandoned ANY automotive idea due to cost restraints. It's far more likely that adding more valves than three or four simply resulted in diminishing returns. Sometimes the allure of a new buzz phrase is nothing more than a marketing ploy - a 16 valve, DOHC, four cylinder engine, for example, is a pretty impressive resume for an engine, regardless of whether it actually is the optimum performance set up or not.
Q:I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse. Does anyone else have this? Does this cause panic attacks? I have heard that. What other problems does it cause?
What is mitral valve prolapse? How does a patient with MVP feel? How is mitral valve prolapse diagnosed and evaluated? What is the treatment for MVP? Mitral Valve Prolapse At A Glance What is mitral valve prolapse? Mitral valve prolapse (also known as click murmur syndrome and Barlow's syndrome) is the most common heart valve abnormality, affecting five to ten percent of the world population. A normal mitral valve consists of two thin leaflets, located between the left atrium and the left ventricle of the heart. Mitral valve leaflets, shaped like parachutes, are attached to the inner wall of the left ventricle by a series of strings called chordae. When the ventricles contract, the mitral valve leaflets close snugly, preventing backflow of blood from the left ventricle into the left atrium. When the ventricles relax, the valves open to allow oxygenated blood from the lungs to fill the left ventricle. In patients with mitral valve prolapse, the mitral apparatus (valve leaflets and chordae) becomes affected by a process called myxomatous degeneration. In myxomatous degeneration, the structural protein, collagen, forms abnormally and causes thickening, enlargement and redundancy of the leaflets and chordae. When the ventricles contract, the redundant leaflets prolapse (flop backwards) into the left atrium, sometimes allowing leakage of blood through the valve opening (mitral regurgitation). When severe, mitral regurgitation can lead to heart failure and abnormal heart rhythms. Most patients are totally unaware of the prolapsing of the mitral valve. Others may experience a number of symptoms discussed below. The mitral valve prolapse (MVP) syndrome has a strong hereditary tendency, although the exact cause is unknown. Affected family members are often tall, thin, with long arms and fingers, and straight backs. It is seen most commonly in women from 20 to 40 years old, but also occurs in men.
Q:its a vauxhall movara van and i need help im trying to found out wether the valves are broken all the springs are upright and all level , so does this mean there ok ? or not ... thanks
You need to have someone crank the engine and check to see if all of the rocker arms are moving.
Q:One day i was cleaning my trumpet's third valve. when i tried pressing the key it was goig inok but near the end it gets stuck and gets unstuck like a second later.how can i fix this problem with out spending too much money?
instead of the standard cheapo trumpet grease, try a more generic brass instrument oil. also make sure you aren't tightening the valve screw cap too tightly. it's not a good idea just keep tapping it. also, unwanted moisture can create a seal that will sometimes inhibit the valve from popping back up. get it dried out as much as you can. also, don't use too much of anything - the oil, the grease, etc - excess will keep it from popping out too.
Q:here are pix's i want to no, if there is a easy fix or does it have 2 b machined thanksi think it use to have a bent valve in it
There is really no such thing as has to but there is a thing as ought to. You should put good used heads in a machine shop for a clean up and restoration. The worse they are, the more they need new seats, seals, guide clean up with new valves, surfacing and so on.
Q:Is there anyway, from home, that I could rule out a bad heart valve as the cause for my heart palpitations and arythmia?
As a physician, I strongly recommend you to visit a ER (Emergency Room if you were from UK) and explain the doctor what is going on. I also would recommended ACE inhibitors, since they prevent cardiac muscle remodelling. I can think in several other things, but I need PE and a new echo-cardiogram to make a decision (indeed a ER doctor must make those decision)
Q:What is the International Standard or other acceptable calculation or table for determine the air supply of pneumatic actuator in shutdown valve 6 to 24.Desired answer will be air flow in SCFM.Thank you.
Shut down valves I've worked with haven't had an 'Air Flow' for their operation. For the smaller valves, they consist of diaphragm operated valves either held open or closed by pneumatic pressure. The air supply at 25psi to give a diaphragm holding pressure of 15 psi, is via a solenoid valve which dumps the air pressure to either open or close the valve depending upon its function. (That of isolating a system or relieving pressure). The solenoid is actuated by a signal from the shut-down system, and the valve is a 3-way unit which isolates the supply air and vents the pressure off the diaphragm. Other SDV's in my experience, are operated in a similar way but are much larger and are operated by a pneumatic air cylinder and piston with air supplied at 100 psi. Others encountered are ... MOV's...Motor Operated Valves that can be automatically operated from the shutdown system, or Operated Remotely from a safe distance (ROV's).
