Q:Are there a few thick walls? How thick is thickest? Buy the floor are generally more thick to buy more
There are 8 mm, 10 mm and 11 mm, solid wood is 15 mm thick, in fact, 8 mm is enough, but if you want a sense of foot more comfortable Kazakhstan, slightly thicker 11 mm is very good
Q:What cleaning products would best work for cleaning laminate flooring?
give the first answer - best answer! any commercial cleaning products can leave a film on the floor which will eventually dull the floor and ruin the finish. sweep regularly. wash floors using warm water and vinegar with a damp mop - not soaking wet - just damp. let dry! do not wax or put any kind of a finish on the floor. your floors will last you for many years!
Q:im looking into getting my dad a new jack for fathers day. What is the difference between a hydraulic jack and a floor jack? What would you recommend and why? Which would be better?
Bottle Jack Vs Floor Jack
Q:I'm going to be installing laminate flooring in a house that has had the carpet and old tiling torn out. The floor is currently bare smooth concrete. The house is not over 20 years old so everything is in good (non-leaking) condition. The only thing on the floor is some of the residual carpet glue and some screw holes from the thresholds. Will i need a vapor barrier? If so, what kind? will i need to seal the concrete floor with something? What is the best kind of saw to use to cut laminate flooring when detail work needs done as well? Thank you for your answers!
Installing Laminate Flooring Over Concrete
Q:I have old pergo floors in the dining and kitchen area and tile everywhere else in the house. How hard is it to remove both types of floors and how do I go about removing each? I want to put down real hardwoods and carpet in the bedrooms. Also, new tile in kitchen and bathrooms.
The pergo flooring(if free floating) is very easy to remove. Just start at a wall and start taking apart, they usually snap together. As for the tile, that will be a project. They make scrapers for floors, either manual or power. I would suggest using either. Your going to have to make sure that all material is off the floor, otherwise when you go to put down the hardwood, you will have a very hard time. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.
Q:how to prove that floor(-x) = -ceiling(x) and that -floor(x) = ceiling(-x) show steps
Let x= k+p where k is an integer and 0<=p<1 (obviously k is first integer less than x) floor(-x)=floor(-k-p) and since k or -k is an integer we can take it out of floor(or ceiling) floor(-x)=-k +floor(-p) floor(-p)=-1 when -1<-p<0 and floor(-p)=0 when p=0 -ceiling(x)=-ceiling(k+p)=-k - ceiling(p) ceiling(p)=1 when 0<p<1 and ceiling(p)=0 when p=0 then floor(-p)=-ceiling(p) thus we proved floor(-x)=-ceiling(x) ceiling(-x)=celing(-k-p)= -k + celing(-p) ceiling(-p)=0 when -1<-p<=0 -floor(x)=-floor(k+p)=-k - floor(p) -floor(p)=0 when 0<=p<1 then ceiling(-p)=-floor(p) thus we proved ceiling(-x)=-floor(x)
Q:I have an android phone, downloaded the game 100 Floors. Played the first 3 floors just fine but the 4th floor is giving me a lot of problems. I've of course looked up cheats and walkthroughs and I know how to get through the level but I simply can not get it to work! I've uninstalled and re-installed a few times, I keep working at it but its not budging. I know it sounds silly but its a simple addictive game I'd like to play to keep myself sane at work during breaks. Any help would be appreciated!
Floor 4 requires you to use two fingers and use the motion opposite of pinching to open the doors. Android may not have this function and the 100 floors developers didn't think about that. If you can't seem to get it to work, I would e-mail the company who made the game and ask them to fix it. While you wait, play 100 exits or dooors. Both games are exactly like 100 floors and may work better. Good luck! -Mustache Cat
Q:My new house has blonde floating floors and I have no idea how to maintain them. My family doesn't eat or drink outside of the kitchen and we typically take off our shoes at the door. I have a shorthaired little dog who isn't going to be very happy when I try to put doggy house slippers on him because I'm so worried about scratching the floor. I'm OCD; it'd drive me crazy! I ll be using protectors under all furniture. What type of cleaner would one use weekly or biweekly for thorough cleaning on this kind of floor? Is it ok to use a Swiffer spray? I detest vinegar. Can I cover the Swiffer with a dryer sheet or will that coat the floor? Thanks
How To Clean Floorboards
Q:Master the point of the point that is not good, there is a big God can explain in detail under? More
Q immediately after the point of the ground and then point the people in turn
Q:I want to paint my garage floor. I have never parked my car in there. There are some paint spots on the floor when I painted the walls. My questions are: Do I need to prime the garage floor to paint it? I saw something in HD today about etching it, what the heck is that? What would be the suggested way to properly do this? I'm not getting the paint with the colored flakes in it, i would just get regular garage floor paint.
I'm thinking of painting mine too. We're going to first put down a self leveling paint to fill in the holes and cracks, then use a garage paint with cotton strands in it to make it slip-proof.
