ELEECTRICAL CABLE
Electrical cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated or PVC Insulated cable, it has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resisting, environmental stress
resisting anti-chemical corrosion, and it is simple construction, it can be laid with no drop restriction.
- Q:Im not very good with computers but I wanna buy Radeon hd 6850 graphic card, I have a 500 watt psu but I heard I need a 6 pin cable which my psu doesnt have. Can I use a 6 Pin PCI Express Video Card Power Cable Adapter?
- maybe okorder /... for your vga card and your 500 watt psu is certainly strong enough to support the graphics card. ~hope it help~
- Q:The power cable to my mom's laptop keeps making a buzzing sound that I've never heard it make. I've asked my dad, but he said it was normal. I was relieved until the cable made that noise after I unplugged it. What can it be? It is the power cable itself not the laptop.
- The buzzing noise is not that of a Laptop its rather that of the Power adapter of the Laptop so there is nothing to worry about it you laptop is as good as it can be. But i would suggest not to use that adapter for a longer time because it may cause trouble in voltage fluctuations .
- Q:Someone gave me a KDSusa LCD monitor. It doesn't have the usual spot on the back of it for me to plug in a power cable. I've never seen a monitor without the power cord plug in the back. There's a hole/plug on the side of the blue part that goes into the computer...I thought maybe that's where a some sort of power cord would go but I'm not sure. HELP!
- That means it requires an AC Adapter. You need to know the power requirements for the monitor, then you can go to Radioshack get an A/C to DC adapter that provides the power recommended
- Q:I've got 1/0 gauge wiring and if i run this along my rear deck quot;speaker wireswill this cause noise?im not talking about the RCA cables.
- Since the power wires in the car carry direct current (DC), it shouldn't interfere with the speaker wires. If the wires carried AC, there could be interference.
- Q:for any SATA 2 HDD, the power connector is longer. compared to the data transfer cable. wht is it so?,-------------- ,------the first set of lines represent the power connector second; the data connection cable.
- There are more pins on the power connector (because more are needed).
- Q:I want to tidy up all of the cables behind my desk. I have some of that special plastic wrap to do it, but I'm worried about overheating and induction. How many mains voltage power cables can I safely have in a single bundle? What about speaker cables and TV/monitor cablesHow can I tell if I have bundled up too many cables together, are there any warning signs?
- You should have no problem keeping the power cables separate from any audio or video cables. You might get some interference from the power cables if you don't.
- Q:It never occurred to me that the power cable -- the one connected from the outlet to the laptop's AC brick -- is rated at quot;125V - 7Aquot;. Does that mean it won't be able to handle the 240V in some countries? The brick itself is rated 100V - 240V, so it can be used internationally. In fact, I spent a year in France, where I used my Dell Inspiron just fine (with a prong adapter so it'll fit into the socket). The reason why I'm paying attention to the power cable is because the cable for my Nikon D80 battery charger has a quot;USsticker on it. The charger itself can handle 240V, but does this mean the cable cannot?
- usually most all computers made within the last 5 years automatically work overseas. However, don't assume that. I would think because it has a sticker.... it means that it may only take 125V so don't push it. To be safe just pick up a converter at the store. Walmart has them for about 10 dollars or less. Make sure you read the package to find out if it does change the voltage!!!
- Q:Hello, i have a quick question, this card doesn't need PCI cables right? My power supply is 450 wattNVIDIA GTX 750 TI is the cardThank you
- It does need power cables. Your PSU should come with them. That's all the cables it needs.
- Q:ok so i opend up my machine, and i bassicly took apart the processor and removed the dail up pci card thingy, then i put it all back together and i also took off the case, which meant removing all case power leads, quot;power SWand power led etc. but i put them all in the same place i took them out, well i think i did, theres so many different slots it they could go into, it would take at least 500 attempts to find the right slots for all, not to mention the fact i might blow the board. so has anyone got the manual for this motherboard. or no where to find an online one. cus i need to know where to plug them in. thanks
- With maximum motherboards there is purely one thank you to attach the flexibility cable to the board, otherwise it purely wont in effective condition. i think there's a splash notch on the cable which ought to line up with the notch on the board
- Q:What is the name of this computer psu power adapter cable from psu to 9600 graphics card....?
- PCI express 4 pin to 6 pin power adapter it takes the 2 4 pin molex connectors that connect to a fan or a CD rom or hard drive/ect into 1 pci express 6 pin adapter. People use them if they don't have the 6 pin pci express on their power supply they use the adapter to connect extra 4 pin molexes to use for their video card/devices
