- Q: Hey everyoneI bought a 160 year old farm house with the true cut 2x4 studsThis winter we got destroyed with heating billsWe have insulated the crawl space in the basement with R-30 and put up a 6mil sheathing over it but still got really coldWe are also losing heat in the atticMy question is once we get into the walls (drywall over plaster) and take out the blown in crap could we use a Gap Filler along the seams of the exterior sheathing and the studs then put in a high R rating insulation? There is only 2-3 inches of space in the wallsAny help would be really appreciatedWould love to have a warm home next winter! PS im a DYI person.

- Q: i've seen a commercial for it only once, but it looked good: it mentioned something about being better for your hair because its not a flat iron, but it still straightens hair.
- You are probably thinking of the Instyler but I would not recommend it at all Try cortex, they sell them at the mall (weird I know) but they are actually 100% ceramic plates, not painted metal plates that would damage your hair by frying the ends off Make sure that when you use thermal heating tools, you are using a heat protectant spray (holding it 10-12 inches away from the head of course) before you style your dry hair good luck! :)
- Q: what are good fibers to use to make quality products?
- CHI Iron Guard Thermal Protection SprayIts a good brand and works wellI found it at Bed Bath and Beyond but I think they have it in a lot of stores.
- Q: What is LDL Fat.What foods is it found in.is it bad for you?
- It's really hard to get that stuff off once it is burnt on, but you can get it offI'll give you two ideasFirst, take the dishes and soak them in dishwasher detergentI have successfully removed food that had practically fossilized onto the dish this wayYou will have to soak them overnight in the sinkFill it about halfway with hot water and add about 1/2 cup of the detergentI find the powder works best, An added bonus, your sink will be gleaming! The detergent used in dishwashers is very strong and meant to remove baked on foodThe other method involves a lot of elbow greaseTake some dishwashing liquid and squirt it directly onto the residueThen pour a little baking soda onto it,Take a plastic scrubber and just start scouringSince you have already tried scrubbing I don't know if this one will work, but the baking soda is slightly abrasive and this has worked for meI just thought of somethingThe dishes I cleaned were the enamel ones so I'm not quite sure how the chrome will fare in the detergentGood luck I hope this works for you,:)

- Through junk food from your kitchen
- Q: How to keep ceramic fiber board?
- There is no need to preserve. Products of ceramic fiber, made by using ceramic fiber as material, refers to industrial products with light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, low specific heat and mechanical shock resistance and other advantages. It is exclusively applied in all kinds of high temperature, high pressure and environments where it is easy to wear.
