steel cordC72D2,C82D2,C86D2,C92D2-E

Classification 1:Prestressed wire rod

Available Diameter(mm):5.5mm-16mm

Characteristic and Application

The wire rod of SWRS82B features stable chemical composition, low harmful elements, minor decarburization, good surface quality, high sorbite percentage, homogeneous properties along the coil and excellent drawing performance. And it is mostly used to produce bridge cable. The wire rod of SWRH77B and SWRH82B is mostly used to produce high-strength and low-relaxation per-stressed plain wire, indented wire, negative threaded wire, steel strand and rope, which are widely used in rail sleeper, highway, bridge, bridge cable, large cement pipe, etc.

Classification 2:Welding wire rod

Available Diameter(mm):5.5mm,6.5mm.

Characteristic and Application

This grade wire rod has characteristics of low percentage of harmful elements and good surface quality. By rational controlling the chemical composition and optimizing rolling process, the drawing and welding properties of the wire rod are guaranteed. It also has characteristics of easy drawing and mould saving when used. H08A is mainly used to produce various welding rod. While ER70S-6 is mainly used to produce various kinds of CO2 gas shielded welding wire, argon arc welding wire and submerged welding wire.

Characteristic and Application

Hard Wire has characteristics of good surface quality, uniform properties within one coil, high percentage of sorbite, low percentage of inclusion, moderate grain size and excellent drawing performance. It is used to produce galvanized cement nail, spanking, pneumatic collated nails and various collated nails, wire rope, steel strand, springs, rubber tube steel wire, tyre core wire, spring wire etc. It can meet the requirement of metalwork industry.

Q:How many wires do you go through with braces?
they change your wire according to how much your teeth have shifted around, so it just depends. the ortho needs to adjust the size of the wire due to your teeth straightening out and making sure the wire(s) are at a correct length. its really not that thick of a wire, so don't worry about it. :D
Q:Physics Help! resistivity of a wire!!!?
Voltage (Volts) = Current (Amps) times Resistance (Ohms) or V=IxR = R = V/I = 13/0.37 = 35.14 Ohms Resistance = Resistivity * Length/Area The longer the wire is, the more resistance it has. The larger the crossectional area of the wire (pi times radius^2), the less resistance it has Longer wires have more resistance, thicker wires have less 35.14 = Resistivity * 3.1/pi*0.0042^2 Resistivity = 35.14*pi*0.0042^2/3.1 = 6.281 x 10^-4
Q:Exit Sign Wiring help please?
First off, Aurthur A's answer is composed of several NEC violations; he may be going to electrical hell, if he doesn't shape up. Second, you did not say if this is a required exit sign. If it is, then you will need a licensed electrical contractor to install it; as most jurisdictions will not allow work in anything but the owner's principle dwelling to be done by unlicensed personel.
Q:wiring diagram for an rccb?
They come with a wiring diagram. The RCCB, the circuit breaker, is installed in the breaker box, and does not need a ground connection. Exactly how it is wired varies with country. Follow the directions that come with the breaker. But typically, you need a jumper wire to connect neutral from the bus to the breaker, and then the output has two connections for hot and neutral, that are attached to the wire to the outlet. The RCD, the outlet, is installed in an outlet and needs a ground connection, not for the breaker part, but to carry the ground on to the appliance.
Q:how do you measure an electrical wire?
The diameter of the conductor is generally going to be given in either gauge (AWG) or square millimeters. This is describing the size of the electrical conductor only, not including the outer insulation. Most wire specs will also include a measurement for O.D., which is outer diameter or overall diameter. This measurement will include all insulation and jacketing, and will be the total diameter of the cable. Stranded wires will be specified in terms of the overall gauge of the wire. For instance, a 22 AWG stranded wire might be marked as: 22 AWG (7x30) which means it's a 22 AWG stranded wire, made up of 7 strands of 30 AWG solid wire. See link below for more info, and conversions between AWG and square mm.
Q:What are the differences between wired and wireless microphones?
Wired microphones have a wire to connect it. Wireless ones don't. Pros and cons? Do you want wires?
Q:Dimmer switch w/ 3 wires and only 2 wall wires?
If the 2 wires you refer to ( 1 black 1 white) were connected to the switch you took out , then attach 1 black wire from the dimmer to the black wire in the box and 1 black wire from the dimmer to the white wire in the box. The green wire is always ground and should be attached to either the metal box or if it is a plastic box to the bare wires in the box. If you just have those 2 wires in the electrical box it is known as a switch loop. If it is wired properly the power is coming in on the white wire. and when it is switched to the black wire it sends power to your light. Make your connections using wire nuts. No tape is necessary when it is done correctly. Tape is only used to insulate. Good luck.
Q:Do fan motors use magnet wires?
Magnet Fan Motor
Q:How would you wire this?
If you are putting in two single pole switches, one for light and one for fan then each switch has two lugs. Take the two black wires that split from one connection point and tie one to one lug of a switch and tie the other black to one lug of the second switch. This will leave you with one remaining lug on each switch. Then tie the remaining black to the first switch and the red to the other switch.
Q:toyota corolla 99 Amp Remote Wire?
Most factory radios, your Corolla included do not have a dedicated remote wire. Some will have a power antenna wire that can sometimes be used but the Corolla doesn't have a power antenna. You want to connect the amp remote to a switched 12V + source. The appropriate wire on your factory radio is the gray wire. That way, the amp will turn on whenever you turn on the ignition. Alternatively, you can connect the remote directly to any switched 12V wire.
