- Q: I just bought an old drill press from a pawn shop, but there is no manufacturer info on it. All i can find is a model number, RY-6. My first instinct was Ryobi, but can't find anything about it from them, even though it does look very much like their press, just a lot older model. It's a little 10 press. If you have someone helping, you they can prime while you are loading. I do not have the turret press, but it looks like it would be handy. I load .223, .243, .308, .30-06, 6.5 Grendel,.38 SP, .357 Mag, .45 ACP.

- picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!

A wider grip will shift the stress onto the chest more. An incline bench press will put most of the work on your clavicular (upper) pecs and anterior deltoids.

- Q: Whats the difference between the two? Is bench press better than doing push ups?
- Doing push ups works more of the upper back muscles (trapezes or traps) along with the chest, triceps and shoulder muscles including the rear deltoids. Doing push ups you have to balance your weight which also works the ligaments and tendons of the muscles. A free weight bench press is the same as a push up because you have to balance the weight. The free weight bench works everything the push up works except the traps and rear deltoids. FYI: Whenever you can, do free weights. They work your ligaments and tendons along with the muscles because you have to balance the weights while you are pushing or pulling them. In my opinion the push up is better than a bench press because it does work more muscles. This does depend on how big you want to get. Your body weight can only build so much muscle. For me my body weight is enough and therefore the push up is better for me. Someone else may have different goals and of course the push up will not be good enough for them. However, there are creative ways to add weight to the push up to make them more difficult for more challenging goals.
- Q: Does the press work better with cold cookie dough or room temp cookie dough? So far room temp has been hard to work with and won't come off the plastic disk easily. I'm snowed in today and planning to bake, but want to know first if the dough needs to be room temp or cold......(one spritz recipie says one thing, and a different one says another.)

- Q: i coach a 6th grade school girls team and we played in a league last year were you couldnt press till the last half but this year we moved to a bigger more competitve league that presses the whole game.last year during the 2nd half all the teams played full court man to man. but they would get confused when the other team subed.so i would like to know a easy to learn press that puts double teams on the ball handlers cause at this age they usely dont have but a couple of girls that can handle the ball and can easily go to half court if they beat the press across half court
