Introduction
Autoclave vessel is also known as autoclave pressure vessel, steam curing kettle or autoclaved steam kettle. As a kind of large pressure vessel equipment, it is often used for high temperature and high pressure curing of concrete body that has already been cut. It is also applied for autoclave curing of autoclaved brick, sand-lime brick, fly ash brick, aerated concrete block, new lightweight wall material, concrete pipe pile and other building products. Tengyu autoclave pressure vessel (steam curing kettle) is a steel horizontal tube-type device, of which vessel cover is suppressed by 16MnR steel plate. The welding seam of pressure parts does heat treatment and strict non-destructive testing in accordance with relevant standards.
Applications
Autoclave pressure vessel or autoclaved steam kettle is extensively used for autoclaved curing of porous calcium silicate board, insulated asbestos board, high strength plaster and other building materials. This steam curing kettle is also applied in rubber product, wood drying and preservative treatment, metal smelting, cable vulcanization, chemical, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries that need autoclaved curing production process.
Features of Autoclave Pressure Vessel
1. The door sealing of steam curing kettle adopts imported rubber seal rings from professional manufacturers. It is featured with easy installation and good sealing. It rotates the speed reducer to open and close the door. We also provide electric, pneumatic and hydraulic opening and closing modes optional for customers.
2. Tengyu autoclave pressure vessel is equipped with perfect safety interlock protection device, avoiding the misoperation problems to the maximum and ensuring safe operation of autoclave and operators safety.
3. There are side open mode and upper open mode for the steam curing kettle door. The side open mode adopts rotating arm structure, featuring flexible rotating, low post operation, and simple and convenient opening. The upper open mode adopts lever opening mechanism. The bottom of lever is connected to the autoclave door, while the top is fitted with balancing weight device. Autoclave pressure vessel using this opening mode is simple to open and occupies small space.
4. The support of steam curing kettle can be divided into fixed support, movable support and end dedicated support (base). This three supports well adapt to expansion and contraction of vessel, and ensure that it can work normally and has a long usage life.
5. Our autoclave pressure vessels are configured with safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature measurer, exhaust valve, sealing ball valve, steam trap and other necessary valves and instruments. This steam curing kettle can also be equipped with decontamination tank optional for clients.
