- Q: i do airsoft but i also like to mount a camera onto my gunso i can record the actionay idea on how to make a protective case for it? i was thinking about modifying an aluminum pop can but any decent airsoft gun will tear an aluminum can to shredsi dont know whether to put this in photography or outdoor recreation so ill put it in photography and hope you knowledgeable people can help me out :)oh and btw please dont tell me to buy a case for itthanks!!
- Thick lexan is very protective.
- Q: What can be done to separate the foil from the plastic bottle from the plastic bottle?
- With "aluminum plastic separator", if you want to buy this product, you can search in Baidu searchAluminum plastic separator is to meet a large number of decomposition / halo ~ and more practical than this, more efficient, just a big investment point!
- Q: I couldn't find any recipes I figured my husband would like, so I'm just doing my own thingI squirted lemon juice on it and seasoned it on both sidesI have it on a cookie sheet - it takes up almost the whole cookie sheet - with foil over top, and the oven is 350 FIt's been in there about 45 minI don't want to bake it too long and make it dry, but I would rather that than have it be at all rawShould I be taking it out already?
- You'll want your oven to preheat while you are preparing the fishThe recipes we consulted suggested preheating your oven somewhere between 350 degrees and 450 degreesConsult your recipe to determine the proper temperature for your fish, but to be on the safe side, remain closer to 350 so you don't overcook the salmonYou'll also want to line an oven-safe baking sheet with aluminum foil to cook the fish on; this will make for easy clean-up later! The main event—you're almost done! Put your baking sheet with your fish into the ovenCheck your recipe to see if the fish should be closer or farther from the heat sourceBake the fish for about 10-12 minutes or until just opaque throughoutHow long you bake the fish will depend on the thickness of your filletsThe general rule is it will take 10 minutes per 1 inch of thickness to cook throughYou want your salmon to be medium-rare, firm but still extremely tender insideAs with all fish, overcooking is a death sentenceWell, maybe that's a little harsh, but it certainly won't taste succulent and freshTo avoid overcooking, remain close to your ovenRemove fish promptly when your timer goes off and remember it will continue to cook a bit on the pan even after it's out of the ovenIf it looks almost or just barely done (just barely pink all the way through), you've timed things perfectly.

- Q: since i was worrying if this type of metal wire will have nasty effect on my sculpture while it's baked.i went to Home Depot and they don't have armature or aluminum wires so the guy gave me galvanized wire.is this type of metal wire ok?
- what did the package of Sculpy say about what type of wire to use? use what it said and nothing else Home Depot does have aluminum wire - it comes on a roll and they will measure it out for you and charge by the length.you may have asked for the wrong thing try cutting a very small piece of it and put it in a small piece of clay ( a 1 ball) and put it in ovensee what happensdid you tell him it would go into the oven? doesnt Sculpy have a website you can go to to ask questions about their product?
- Q: For a science experiment at school we are required to keep water cold, or hot rice warm in a can for 20 minutesI have wrapped my can in aluminum foil and then created a knitted stubby holder like thing, and covered the top, only leaving enough room to poke a thermometer through the holeSo my question is, should I choose to keep the water cool, or the rice warm? Please explain your answer ( I need to write why/ how my stubby holder will work) Thank you in advance! :)
- First off put the foil on the outside since it will reflect the outside temp better, the air pockets from the knitted stubby thing will hold air, and the foil will stop the air from leaving the pocketsAir is the poorest conductor of heat aside from a vacuumYou are also much better off trying to keep rice warm than water coldWater transfers heat about 30x faster than air does and still more so than solidsIts much easier to keep the rice warmIts like how a potato can still be hot hours after its been heatedIf the thermometer is in the center of the rice the outer layers of rice will loose heat first while the inner layers retain it, while water would heat up at a more even pace through out
- Q: Make it and Bake it instructions?
- For a start, rugging a horse (or blanketing as you term it - blanketing in UK means putting on blankets and stable rugs), does not cause a deficiency in the immune systemThis is a mythThe can get colds from airborne viruses and chills from getting wet/hot and then being rugged while still damp I would look at your horses and blanket them when the base of their ears are cold and not warm to the touch, when their hair seems to be sticking up or if they are shivering and clamping their tails into their buttocksI would definitely rug them up now, but make sure they are clean and dry firstRemove the rugs daily to check for rubs and sores and dampness, give them a quick flick over with a brush to lay the fur and then replace, unless they are damp, and continue feeding for warmth - soaked sugar beet, plenty of bran, maize but not oats as this will make them fizzyAnd hay ad libYou might do well to invest in a spare rug, heavier duty for each of themSome turn out rugs come with removeable layersAnd hopefully you have some form of shelter in which they can stand out of the wind and the rain if they so choose.
- Q: So I have a pre-cooked turkeyI tried to reheat it in the oven for like 2 hours but I keep trying the thermometer thingy and it's cold inside! The directions said something about a foil tent but I just covered the thing with aluminum foilis that ok? Anyway, I was wondering why it's coldish on the inside and how I can fix it :(
- It's really difficult to re-heat a turkey that's wholeYou might wind up with a really dry turkeyI'd slice it up first, put the slices in a pan with a teeny bit of water, cover the pan with aluminum foil, then heat itIt'll heat more evenly that wayStart with about 20 min at 350, then add time as you feel it's needed.
- Q: Its not at Michaels or Walmart.
- If you are someone who is always on the go but does not wish to whip up anything heavy, un-nutritious, and just wants something quick, that tastes good and does not add extra calories to your body, then I would strongly suggest investing in a WOK You would be amazed how quickly, and cheaply you could be enjoying a great meal each time The best part? You would be eating healthy, great tasting meals and you would have a lot of fun doing it tooAll it takes is one simple WOK to do just thatThere are Millions of recipes on the net but you have to take the first step and go out and buy a WOK if you don't already own one Another added plus? It requires very little cleaningBecause you are just supposed to rinse it with water, towel dry it and put it away for your next mealThe more you use it the better tasting your food become from this natural seasoning of your wokHave fun and enjoy itI hightly reccommend it! PS: If you want some really great recipes, write to me and I will be happy to share my own specialities but you really can be so creative on your own if you put your mind to it.
- Q: I'm going out shopping at thrift stores, how to tell the difference since it won't be on the package?
- Bring a magnet along with you, it will stick to a stainless steel one and won't stick to an aluminum one. Aluminum is lighter weight too.
