Let it cool 15-20 min in the pan, then invert onto yoru platter You don't want it room temp or the apples may stick to pan as it gets room temp(hopefully you greased and floured well, and maybe added parchment paper!) If the apples do stick, just use a knife to flick them out of the pan back into their assigned spot on the cake.
