Product introduction:
It is an environmental friendly product for the coating industry. ADH is a crosslinker of waterborne acryl emulsions. It is also useful as an epoxy resin hardener and a formaldehyde scavenger.
ADH reacts very rapidly with ketone groups. For example, it reads easily with ketone groups of Diacetone Acrylamide or aldehyde group of formaldehyde.
In addition, ADH also reacts with the epoxy group like an amino compound.
Physical and chemical index:
Item | Specification |
Appearance | white powder |
Purity | 99.0% min |
Loss on drying | 0.5% max |
Melting point | 177-185 oC |

Application:
Room Temperature crosslinkable waterborne coatings:
Acrylic emulsion comprising acrylic monomer and Diacetone Acrylamide.
Crosslinks with amino groups of ADH very rapidly. The coatings has the very excellent water resistance;
Formaldehyde scavenger:
ADH reacts with formaldehyde and prevents volatilizing of formaldehyde in the air.
Epoxy resin hardener:
ADH reacts with epoxy resin at high temperature and is useful for power coatings;
Reforming of plastic;
Fiber processing.
Packing:
20KG fibre drum or carton box.
- Q: What is the difference between Artificial and Synthetic additives?
- Artificial additive is introducing a chemical not normally found in the food, it is not innate but added to provide color, flavor, vitamins or other essential nutrient or to prolong shelf-life. Iodine is added to salt to prevent thyroid diseases, vitamin D and calcium are added to milk prevent rickets. These diseases were once very common but education, improved food storage and transport, and additives have radically reduced their incidence in many countries. Some additives are harvested from domestic plants like guar gum and are added as thickeners. A synthetic additive has been manufactured and added.
- Q: What are peoples experiences with Bacteria Additives for tanks that are cycling?Products such as Waterlife Bacterlife? (http://www.waterlife .uk/waterlife/bacterlife.htm)
- Cycling a tank is only a problem if you are starting from scratch. Once you have one tank set up you have a stock of live cycle bacteria on hand and it's easy to transplant some to your new tank by moving filter media, gravel or a whole spare filter to your new tank. If you pre-cycle a filter, or move working biomedia to a new filter, then it's possible to have some level of cycle instantly. That avoids the whole additives thing. Ian
- Q: 1. The additive inverse of a complex number z is a complex number a such that z + a = 0. What is the additive inverse of the complex number -2+4i ?2. The multiplicative inverse of a complex number z is a complex number m such that z ? m = 1. What is the multiplicative inverse of the complex number 1 - i ?I'm confused on how to do this and it would help if anybody could explain because i have a final over this tomorrow. THANKS
- 1. Additive inverse: To find the additive inverse find what the number added to will equal zero. So basically, set up an equation to finda." z+a=0 -2+4i+a=0 a=2-4i And so the additive inverse of -2+4i is 2-4i. (notice that it was simply the originally number multiplied by -1). 2. Multiplicative inverse: Basically the same thing only the two numbers are multiplied. z*m=1 (1-i)*m=1 m=1/(1-i) So that's the answer. I suppose you should probably simplify it though. 1/(1-i) * (1+i)/(1+i) [multiply by the conjugate of the denominator to get the complex number out of the denominator). (1+i)/(1-i?) (1+i)/(1--1) (1+i)/2 So that's you're answer.
- Q: Does Biomeer fuel additive (from Cavolution) really work to get better fuel economy?
- They are basically fuel injector cleaners. AND YES they work to improve your MPG (if your injectors are clogged). But nobody uses those fuel additive for every tank (I often add about 1 or 2 tankful before the inspection). Forget all those SAVE GAS scams. This was on NBC morning TV show. The difference is as much as 38% (their claim). There are very simple rules to save gas: (1) drive slow - not too much past 55 (2) accelerate slowly (3) don't brake unnecessarily (4) use cruise control - whenever it is safe to do so. Don't coast - it is NOT safe and it does NOT save gas. The above really works. Using those simple rules I was able to drive from Boston to NYC (210.5 miles) on just 5.112 gallon (94 Civic). That's 41 MPG (94 Civic 187K miles). Actually I was speeding at 72 MPH so I could do even better at 55. WOW !! Assuming you are suffering from bad MPG. Get a tune up : (1) spark plugs (2) spark plug wires (3) coils, (4) distributors, (5) PCV, etc. (6) fuel injector (carb) cleaner - important Check your tire pressure. Get the ODB II scanned to see if it is reading and engine diag code. Sometime failing MAF sensor, O2 sensor or water temp sensor can kill your MPG. The water temp sensor is particularly cheap but a big MPG problem if it fails. The computer thinks that the engine has NEVER warmed and constantly run rich. And failed water temp sensor often does NOT create check engine light. As simple as that. Good Luck.
- Q: proof of additive inverse, -(-a)a. By using a+(-a)0?
- the manual trans shifts on your command so you can redline it the auto trans has a computer to tell it when to shift so in other words the manual you can shift at 7000 rpms which will give u a jump when you shift to your next gear but the auto will probably shift at 3-4000 rpms. manual is wayyyy beter than auto in raceing
- Q: How to purify garden grade gypsum (calcium sulphate) to make it fit for used as food additive (coagulant)?
- Garden grade gypsum should not be used as a food additive, period. Period. Get it out of your head. Gypsums are graded and inspected differently for their intended use. Specifically, the allowable amount of naturally occurring asbestos in gypsum will be much higher in garden grade gypsum. Be sure your food grade calcium sulphate says that it is anhydrous dihydrate. Assume that anything from china is poison no matter how they label it, unless it has been passed by your country's safety board. Also before you ask, don't use plaster of paris either.
- Q: I‘m doing a project on Food Additives, and I‘m confused regarding milk and water. Milk is used in its various processed forms such as milk powder, milk essence, low-sodium milk, lactose free milk, etc., and water is also now available as flavored water, sparkling water, etc., which can be used in various recipes. (Any recipes using flavored water??) So are milk and water food additives or not? What are the various other forms by which milk and water can be used for food processing?
- In their natural state, they are not additives. I usually think of additives as chemical or unnatural ingredients such as MSG.
- Q: Food additive production license valid for several years
- The food additive production license is valid for 5 years
- Q: For example, -(7.8)? and why?
- It's very simple -- the additive inverse is the same number with the opposite sign. The opposite of - 7.8 (negative 7.8) is + 7.8 (positive 7.8). The opposite of + 7.8 is - 7.8. The additive inverse (opposite) of - 3,962.424 is + 3,962.424. The additive inverse (opposite) of + 3/4 is - 3/4. Just switch the sign from + to - or from - to +. It's called additive inverse because if you add a number to its additive inverse, you will always get 0. Don't confuse additive inverse with inverse. The inverse of 3/4 is 4/3. When you MULTIPLY a number by its inverse you will always get 1. Hope that helps!
- Q: What is the additive inverse of -8-5i in algebra? ?
- The additive inverse is the value you would add to this to get zero. Therefore we can see that the additive inverse is +8+5i, because: -8-5i+8+5i (-8+8)+(5i-5i) 0+0 0 Don't get confused with the complex conjugate (which has the property of being the same real part and opposite signed imaginary part: in this case -8+5i). Hope that helps.
