Why choose our solar panel is you ideal choose?
1. The important raw material, Solar cells, come from domestic public company and Taiwan famous company. Quality assurance: 25 years long life span, Industry leading power output warranty 10 years 100%, 20 years 95%, 25 years 85%.
There are some company which select inferior solar cells that are processed from recycled silicon material from small workshop, so their solar panel service life maybe less than 5 years because inferior solar cell power reduce much more every year.
2. Our company has automated production line for solar panel. Good technology, good quality assurance. Strong production ability: 300 pieces 300w solar panels can be manufactured per day. Most of company weld solar cell with artificial manual work. Bad manufacturing technique is difficult to keep consistency of products.
- Q: I am confused. I am planning to build a simple 2Watt solar system to power some lights in my house. . I wonder if it is possible to power up a 2Watt bulb using 2Watt solar power?2. Normally, when we are reading the power rating of a bulb, we will read the wattage, so what about the voltage and current rating?3. If the current is insufficient, will the bulb light up?I am having a solar panel that can output 2W power but I am not sure about the output voltage, how can I find out about the current? I am getting really confused.
- Unlikely - at least not a full brightness. You have to match voltages. If your panel is 2v at amp, it won't run a 20v bulb that runs at /0 amp. You're also going to lose power in the wiring and other components that means the 2w panel won't really deliver its full rating. And I'm also guessing that the 2w of the panel is only under full, bright sunlight, so any lessening of the light; clouds, haze, fog, dust, will lessen the power available.
- Q: Can solar panels be used for charging electric bicycles?
- Yes, solar panels can be used to charge electric bicycles. Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity, which can then be used to charge the batteries of electric bicycles. This eco-friendly and sustainable method of charging allows for convenient and cost-effective transportation.
- Q: I'm trying to charge rechargeable AA batteries with a solar panel. What guage wire should I use to connect the panel to the batteries? Should I use a diode to keep the batteries from overpowering the circuit? If so, what size? My panel is 4.8V 50mA.
- With that size panel, you should be able to recharge either AA battery, or two AA batteries in series. Yes, it would be a good idea to put a blocking diode in series with the panel - anything will do, like a N448. You will want to use NiCd batteries if possible, because they take a trickle charge of 50 mA much better than NiMH (which prefers pulse charging, a more complicated circuit). You can use NiMH if you must. Needless to say, don't try to charge non-rechargable batteries. Also realize that at this charge rate, it will take days, maybe even a week, to charge the batteries, if left out in full sun all day long.
- Q: Can solar panels be used in areas with high pollution?
- Yes, solar panels can still be used in areas with high pollution. While pollution can reduce their efficiency to some extent, solar panels can still generate electricity even in polluted areas. However, it is important to note that excessive pollution may result in a decrease in their overall performance and require more frequent maintenance to keep them clean and functioning optimally.
- Q: Do solar panels require regular maintenance?
- Yes, solar panels do require regular maintenance. This includes cleaning the panels to remove dust and debris, checking for any damage or defects, and ensuring proper functioning of the system. Regular maintenance helps to maximize the efficiency and lifespan of solar panels.
- Q: Can solar panels be installed on a recreational vehicle (RV)?
- Yes, solar panels can be installed on a recreational vehicle (RV). This is a popular option for RV owners who want to generate their own electricity and reduce their reliance on traditional power sources while on the road. Solar panels can be mounted on the roof of an RV and connected to the onboard battery system to provide power for various appliances and devices.
- Q: Got a small project here in a remote location. There is to be a 2 volt deep cycle battery, the equipment to be powered from battery and solar panel to charge battery. The 2 volt battery puts out 55 AH. the max constant power draw from the equipment to be powered is 7.9 watts. Will a 30 watt panel at 2 volts be enough to run this system during sunlight and charge the battery for the equipment to run overnight? And, at 55 AH, how long can I keep a constant draw of 7.9 watts without a recharge? Thanks to all the input!
- Will a 30 watt panel at 2 volts be enough to run this system during sunlight and charge the battery for the equipment to run overnight? Maybe theoretically, but you're going to have very little margin for losses and clouds. I'll bet it has very little power when cloudy. 7.9/30 = 0.26. So at 00% efficiency, you'd need it to be charging more than 25% of each 24 hour period. In a summer with long days and a climate with few clouds, you might make it. But I think you're very close to the edge. And, at 55 AH, how long can I keep a constant draw of 7.9 watts without a recharge? For an ideal battery: time = Q V / P time = 55 A h * 2V / 7.9W time = 83 hours So you've got pretty good margin on your battery.
- Q: I have a solar panel that puts out 00v, .5 amps in full sun. Before I thought it would charge a 2v battery without a solar charger but then I talked to someone and they said that it was wasting a lot of power and could potentially hurt the battery. A second part to this question is what happens if I put it on a 72v battery without a controller. Thanks!
- the battery could explode. DO NOT DO IT !
- Q: Can solar panels be installed in areas with high levels of saltwater exposure?
- Yes, solar panels can be installed in areas with high levels of saltwater exposure. However, it is important to choose solar panels that are specifically designed for these conditions and are corrosion-resistant. This may involve using materials like marine-grade aluminum or stainless steel for the panel frames, and ensuring proper sealing and coating to withstand saltwater corrosion. Regular maintenance and cleaning are also necessary to mitigate the effects of salt buildup on the panels.
