Solar cell module production process
Line called packaging line components, packaging is the production of solar cells a key step in the packaging process without a good, multi-well battery is also not a good component of production boards. Battery package not only the battery life is guaranteed, but also to enhance the combat strength of the battery. Product quality and high service life is to win can be the key to customer satisfaction, so the quality of components of the package board is very important.

- Q: who has solar panels on their home and are they worth it
- They're only worth it if: # - you are rich enough to afford them over the long term. Commercially installed solar panels will take you over 0 years to see any financial benefit. #2 - you get the parts and some instructions and get them built yourself. DIY or get a local electrician to put them together. If you don't fit into any of these 2 categories, then they're NOT worth it.
- Q: If not how do they give power to a house/a company?
- They are powered by the sun. You set them up out side of the house or on the roof and the sunlight shines on them through out the day. It stores the energy into light so when you turn on a light it is from the sun's energy. Plus it can save you on electric bills.
- Q: I need to know what the main components of a solar water heater and how they functionThanks if you answer x
- solar cell is the key component.
- Q: Can solar panels be used to power a school?
- Yes, solar panels can definitely be used to power a school. Solar panels are a sustainable and renewable source of energy that can generate electricity by harnessing the sun's energy. By installing solar panels on the roofs or grounds of a school, it is possible to generate enough electricity to power various electrical systems within the school, including lighting, heating, cooling, and other appliances. This can not only help reduce the school's reliance on non-renewable energy sources but also lead to significant cost savings in the long run.
- Q: How do I clean my solar panels?
- To clean your solar panels, start by checking the manufacturer's instructions as some panels may have specific cleaning requirements. Generally, you can clean them by gently rinsing with water using a hose or a bucket and sponge. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the panels. If there's stubborn dirt or debris, you can use a mild soap solution with a soft brush to gently scrub the surface. Regularly cleaning your solar panels will help to maintain their efficiency and ensure optimal energy production.
- Q: so...do you think an online store dedicated to selling solar panels/systems will be a good business idea? Since green energy is the 'hottest' growing business area recently with usage growing about 30% per annum and investors putting all their money into solar energy, wind farms, biofuel, etc. I think when you sell solar systems online this will be the most appealing business model to the end customer...especially if you offer free installation on orders of say $000.
- It's that offering installation that is the problem. Do you have the ability to arrange contractors to install where ever the customer may be? The online store model works best on a drop ship model where once you've shipped the parcel, you're done. Online selling of solar panels would be basically to the DIY crowd and as you've said, most people don't have the skills nor the enthusiasm to install them. The current price per watt installed is about $0 a watt. $ per watt are the organic dye and film solar panels which are horrendously inefficient and require much more square footage and that $ per watt price is before installation. Currently solar depends a lot on government subsidies to be worthwhile. The various green energy technologies (both solar and wind) lack the economics to be anything other than greenwashing and often if you consider the total impact to the environment, they are often worse than fossil fuels and even if the environmental impact of their manufacture is neglected, it's hard to compete with fossil fuels where nature has done all the work of storing solar energy in a convenient hydrocarbon form. Of course, there's still money to be made off people's ignorance. You've already asked this question several times, apparently you're not satisfied with any answers that are counter to your hopes. Why don't you try it and see how far you'll get.
- Q: Our school is in the process of being built, but they have no plans to include any environmental benefits. I was wondering how to get a grant for solar panels (at least) or who I can talk to in order to get a grant.
- I do not want to argue over the pay back period for solar panels but from the information I have been gathering, payback could be from 5-5 years, not 40. I guess it depends on the amount of sun that each panel will recieve, so maybe both could be partially correct. Another item to be aware of is that while the cost of your panels and the electricity generated by them will remain stable or decrease significantly for 25 years, the cost of your other energy sources will generally be increasing , perhaps very significantly. Since your school is being built now, it will need a roof. There are photovoltaic shingles for this. Look into it yourself. Do a google search for google green and see what they are doing already. Present this information to your PTA and any other organization who might have influence. This is really a time for your generation to step up and stop listening to nay sayers. Think for yourself, study, research it and broadcast everything you learn to others.
- Q: Why should I have a Generator if I have Solar Panels.....?
- There is now a completely portable (and ultra-high efficient) solar power generator which produces up to 800 watts of household electricity on demand when you need it most. News of this solar backup generator (it's the first off-the-grid breakthrough in 50 years) is spreading like wildfire all across the country!
- Q: Does anyone own any and would you recommend them? right now i only own solar stake lights and i use them during the summer in my yard. But during the winter i take them out because they don't charge well. I live in toronto canada where it snows a lot during the winter, would it even be worth it to buy solar panels? Would they get covered with snow if the were mounted on my roof and get ruined? I plan on buying some when i purchase my own home.Any info would be appreciated:)
- Toronto would not be higth on my list of solar panel worthy locales. They are a bit pricey and are only cost effective in climates and locations with lots of direct sunlight. But if you could safely say you get direct light on your rood nearly every day, they could work. Wind turbines are getting better... especially omnidirectional dome type turbines. But again they are a bit costly, and work best if you believe you get direct wind for at least half the day. If your roof is reasonably flat and structurally sound, a solar hot water generator can be quite cost effective. Essentially it is a panel of corrugated metal under two thin transparencies of plastic. Water is pumped up to it and as it runs along the corrugation, the trapped heat under the plastic heats it up nicely. They are cheap to buy and easy to build and install, and will completely remove the need for a dedicated hot water heating system. Once again, it really depends on the precise location and construction of your house. Do a search for solar heat in your area. If it is cost effective, someone will be offering...
- Q: i trying to make a solar panel. right now i dont have money to go and buy a copper sheet. so can i make it out of aluminum foil. if there is a way please tell me how. and what do i use for wires. i making this to charge batteries.
