Q:How to deal with magnetic blow in welding process of electrode?

After production, the demagnetizing effect is good. Moreover, in the residual magnetic field of the weldment, the applied magnet balances the magnetic field.7) reverse demagnetization. That is, a magnetic field is produced by the welding piece to counteract the residual magnetism on the weldment so as to overcome and eliminate the influence of the magnetic deviation blow on the welding arc.
