1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Some general guidelines , but don t pay strict attention to is thickness, maker of the tile body of the tile, and price.. Some major brands include, American Olean, Florida Tile, Dal Tile,Interceamic,Lauflen. There are more out there but these will give you a start. Look through their selection on line to get some ideas and each site will have a store locator to find a dealer near you. If this floor will be in a high traffic area and you want easy maintenance, stick with ceramics and porcelains. Natural stones like marbles and travertines look great but must be sealed before installation, after installation and every so often after. In a residential setting regular ceramics wil work fine, porcelains are very nice but over sold by salespeople that really don t know.Theres nothing wrong with them just don t go looking for only them. Installation (on average) is in the 4/5$ a s/f range. This may or may not include floor prep such as the PROPER (thickness) backer board needed in most residential settings. - Tile Lab puts out a good cleaner, helps with the grout too. Use just a detergent in what ever you use. Soaps leave a residue that will attract dirt. Now if your talking vinyl tile the use of a buffer is your best bet. It heats up the top coating (which should be on all VCT tile) and leaves it with a shine GL

- Yes, you have to use a concrete drill bit and a high powered drill. Also, if possible put your screws into grout instead of the tile.

- take the original tile off. Do not tile on the plywood. You have to put backerboard on top of the plywood, then you apply the tile to the backerboard. So it goes plywood....then backerboard .....then tile. It's easy, but also make sure your tiles are properly sealed. You can get water spots and stains on your tile that won't come out if they are not sealed. Good luck, don't be intimidated as it's fairly easy, just time consuming and messy. go to one of those free homedepot classes if you are not sure. They are 10 minutes and informative

- depends on the type of paint used and you may need to rough them up, but b 4 u do that go and ask at a specialist paint shop as there are products / paints out there that you can use.
- Q:Our house has Asbestos floor tiles throughout. (I had them tested, and they definitely contain asbestos.)The dilemma: Currently these tiles are covered with carpet. The carpet is old and ugly and needs to be replaced. We want to replace it with Laminate flooring.I‘m worried about pulling up the carpet tacks at the edges.Is there a safe way to do that?Also, is it safe to put Laminate flooring over asbestos tiles?
