You have the incoming hot wired to the light, bypassing the switch. If you don't know what you're doing, get someone that does.

I also have a 2006 Toyota Corolla CE with an computerized transmission. If I force it somewhat confusing the worst gas mileage i'm getting is 32 mpg. the utmost i are becoming so a ways became 40mpg in a mixture of 75% city/25% highway making use of. To get that 40mpg i became hypermiling without doing something unlawful or fairly risky (like drafting semi automobiles). On customary although my gas mileage is usually 36mpg. And as for spark plug wires get Bosch there basically the best. Oh umm the Bosch Platinum +4 Spark Plugs are about $7.95 each but trust me on this it will be money well spent they last longer then regular ones i put some in my mother's Chevy S10 about year 1 1/2 ago and there still good. And since your suppose to change them every 6-7 months i'd say there alot better.

Q:its an older boat without fuse box, if you go to the manual on the website it gives you the wire layout. I know the radio works but a friend of mine disconnected the wires to try to put a switch in and never reconnected them. I don't know what to do with the ground wire or the red wire. Any suggestions?

the ground wire black is connected to -ve of battery the red wire is connected to ignition wire so when you turn on the keys the radio starts the yellow wire is connected to +ve of battery, but radio will not switch on till red is connected. good luck

If you are installing in-wall wire, look for wire with CL3 or in-wall insulation. The wire is not the issue, but the CL3 means the plastic insulation around the wire is fire-resistant and wont act like a fuse to spread a fire. Many fire codes require this. Some of the Carol brand from Home Depot is CL3 rated or buy a spool of 12 ga from PartsExpress.
