1.Structure of Looped Tie Wire Description

Loop tie wire is also known as tie wire or binding wire. It is easy to operate, therefore it's widely uses in binding of different materials, especially for daily use. The main materials of loop tie wires are galvanized iron wire, black annealed iron wire, PVC-coated iron wire and copper wire. It is easy to operate simply and directly, enhances the working efficiency, reduce pollution. We could also custom-produce diameter and lengths to your requirements. This coating provides protection against rust and corrosion. Fine grains, adjust, eliminate defects than ordinary black iron wire is more soft, better flexibility, softness and uniform, consistent color is mainly used in construction mining chemical welding net hangers rework after annealed wire become soft, flexible, construction tie wire binding reinforcement effect more.

Looped Tie Wire as a binding wire used in packing or construction, tying and support of plants in gardens or other binding uses, such as tying of sacks and other bagging. This kind of wire is also widely used in securing the position of reinforcing bars during concrete placement.

Q:for christmas im getting my dad an outdoor speaker system buttheunder groung wire costs ALOT so i was wondering if regular speaker wire will work fine if i used it and burried?
It will work and you probably will have no problems as long is the wire is 18ga or better. Underground cable will last longer but I have seen regular wire last over 10 years. If someone say's that 18ga is to small then why do they put it in the higher end speakers but if you are running over a 100' i would go with 16ga.
Q:I need the designations for the wires so I can splice in an amp.
Speaker wires: left front: (+) tan (-) gray right front: (+) lt. green (-) dk. green left rear: (+) brown (-) yellow right rear: (+) dk. blue (-) lt. blue Accessory power at radio for amp turn-on: yellow (only in 2003 and older; should be located next to orange constant power wire)
Q:its an older boat without fuse box, if you go to the manual on the website it gives you the wire layout. I know the radio works but a friend of mine disconnected the wires to try to put a switch in and never reconnected them. I don't know what to do with the ground wire or the red wire. Any suggestions?
the ground wire black is connected to -ve of battery the red wire is connected to ignition wire so when you turn on the keys the radio starts the yellow wire is connected to +ve of battery, but radio will not switch on till red is connected. good luck
Q:what wires connect from the vehicle to the a/f sensor
Why do u want to know what wires go to the sensor? If you have a code for the a/f sensor..99 % of the time it is an open in the sensor itself. On rare occasion there are others like a chewed wire by a rodent. But I would just recommend replacing the a/f sensor. And i u were to follow the wires from the male connector they would lead you to a big wire harness that basically just all ends up at the ECU. Just in case u wanted to know.
Q:How can I repair an enamel coated headphone wire? In other words, how can an enamel coated wire be reconnected; i.e. how is the enamel coating stripped off, and what can I use to recoat it so that it won't short?
Strip off the coating to expose bare metal where you would to slice (reconnect) new wires. Twist them or soldier them together. The wires will not short unless they come in contact with electricity-conducting materials, including human flesh. Hardware stores sells paint just for wires, but you don't have to go such extremes. Just put some tape it or cover it with any other non-conductive materials.
Q:I just tore my old shed down, that was wired for electrical. though I never used power out there There is size 10 wiring (two wires), running from the house to where my shed was. I then bought a Tough Shed from The Home Depot and put it where my old shed was. While working on wiring my new shed for electricity, I turned power off to the entire house.I am trying to install power to the shed and I spliced the size 10 wires to size 14 (three cable, includes a ground) which I have connect to an electrical outlet in the shed, but once I turn the main power box back on, the circuit that runs power to the shed keeps tripping off. Am I missing something here? Thanks

Q:can someone tell me what wire arcing is?
A very complex subject! Generally, the arc itself is a small area of plasma between to conductors at different potentials.. If the wires never touch, a high potential/voltage is required to get it started. Once initiated, the voltage across the arc becomes quite low (around 20V) even at high currents. There are many other interesting features like the arc impedance has an area of negative differential resistance. Arcs in house wiring are categorized into to camps. These are series arcs and paralell arcs. Series arcs are those that are in series with the load. They happen when a wire breaks and starts to separate. As the wire pulls apart the arc strikes and a plasma is initiated. These arcs are low in current (below the breaker's rating) and will not be detected by the circuit breaker. They can persist for a long time just sizzling away and can start fires. Parallel arcs are when the line and return wires have insulation failure and short together. They tend to have very high currents and quickly either blow themselves open or go to a 'bolted' fault (hard short circuit) and trip the breaker. They too can start fires in spectacular fashion. As I said, its very complex and I could go on for pages ... I worked on arc research for a number of years trying to devise ways of detecting arcs back at the circuit breaker box using current and voltage signatures. It should also be mentioned that arcs act very differently with AC voltage verses DC voltage. AC arcs tend to extinguish at the 60Hz crossovers (when the current is zero) and must be restruck each cycle. Because of arcs, and recent research, you will now find special circuit breakers on the shelf at your local hardware store that have extra capabilities related to detecting arcs. If there is a specific question that you have regarding arcs, post more details or send me an email.
Q:Hello, I couldnt find a more appropriate category for this question, so i'm hoping someone here knows a little about wiring. today my booster fan burnt out, so I had to replace it. I got a 6in-line duct fan from the home depot. When I got home and took it out of the box, there is just wires with no plug on it. I have an old lamp that I took the cord off of, but there is only 2 cords, pos neg. The new fan has 3. white, black, and green. the black is the hot wire, and the green is grounded to the metal of the fan, and the white I am not sure of. I just want to know how to wire this plug to this new fan. if anyone knows how to do this please get back to me. Any help will be greatly appreciated. once again thank you.
As you say, the black wire is hot and the green wire is ground. The white wire is called neutral. It's the return path for the voltage from the hot wire. Connect the black and white wires to the two power wires in your duct. Hopefully the colors are the same. The hot wire in the duct may be a different color, red or something. Colors like this are frequently used to mean a hot wire that's switched. It sounds like there's a plug for the fan. You can wire on a 3 pin plug and use an adaptor to plug it into a 2 pin outlet or just wire on a 2 bladed plug and leave the green wire off. Make sure it can't touch anything and cause a short.
Q:I purchased a wiring harness to install an aftermarket receiver in my 2000 Chevy Cavalier, also. I have lost the insert that came with the harness and as such I am at a loss as to how to wire my receiver to the harness.help
For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/awmrK It might help if you told us what brand the harness is. Also the writing might not be great, but really you'd have to be pretty dim to not understand it, stay in school, you need it. Translation I purchased a wiring harness to install an aftermarket receiver in my 2000 Chevy Cavalier, alas kind sir I have lost the insert that came with the harness and as such I am at a loss as to how to wire my receiver to the harness.
