Q:The monitor is ........ Since I have a HDMI cable will i need anything else?
An HDMI cable is not a power cable, it is only used to view the picture from whatever source it is.
Q:Hello,I recently bought a kotatsu and I really need some help. The power cable is of course Japanese... And I need some type of converter. On the part of the cable that plugs into the radiotaor it says:PSE (It's in some square box)JET MR7A 250VOn the end that plugs into the wall it says:PSE (It's in some square box)JET MR7A 125VI''m not sure if a simple small converter to let me put the Japanese cable into my wall is enough, I think I need something extra to make sure nothing goes into flames.Inside the Japanese instruction manual I found some info ... However, I'm not really sure if it is related to the power supply or not...AC100V 50-60Hz400W3.1 (Probably the length of the cable) 1.3 (Same here I think)140Wh 60 Wh55C 37CPlease help me, what should I get to be able to use the cable in Europe. Any links at all will be helpful...Thanks.
Don't worry too much about what the cord says. Worry about the power requirements on the appliance label, and making sure you are feeding it with the voltage required, with a capacity within the range. In your instance, you will need a converter transformer that converts your outlet voltage to 100V, and has 550 or larger watt capacity.
Q:So I'm trying to add a sata hard drive from an older computer in my new one, but I encountered a problem. I have the cable the connects to the motherboard and the hard drive, but when looking at the power connectors for the hard drives, there is only one and it is connected to the main hard drive. Am I missing something that is slapping me in the face here, or is this a design flaw? there are 6 hard drive holders sooooo, it seems that there should be 6 power cords inside, but no. Only one. What do I do?
are you sure there's not 1 power cord with six plugs on it? often the power cables will have connectors all the way down them.
Q:i have a dynamic ip and would like to update my ip about 5-10 times a day- the cable modem is in the next room. Is there a command or way to program a command so that i can power it off and back on or even restart it from my computer instead of walking over and unplugging it?
Open a browser, type in the internal IP address of the modem (e.g. 192.168.1.1), which will put you in the modem setup page, which should have a reboot option.
Q:10KV power cable can be with 380v low voltage power cable co-laying which specification which article description more
So, from the degree of hearing up, it is not suitable for the family pet
Q:i have a 01 grand prix gt and i want to run the power cable to an amp , anyone know a good spot to run it?
In that vehicle the battery is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment. There should be a large, rectangular rubber grommet located at the front of the passenger side footwell, with a large wire bundle running through it. I usually route the power wire through that grommet, or drill a hole right next to it. It's important to carefully route and secure the wire in the engine compartment so it can't touch hot or moving engine parts. You'll also want to make sure you seal up the hole around the power wire because it's easy for water to get in at that location.
Q:Im running a dedicated power cable from battery to trunk for 2 amps and i just want to know if drilling a hole through the firewall is the only way to do it? What happens in 15 years when the hole gets rusted and coroded from the moisture even with a gromet?
2 amps is a pretty small current so it doesn't need a big cable - there are other cables passing through for the back lights, find out where they run and see if you can just ease another one through the gap,it might work with a little lubrication. Just don't try to poke anything sharp through the hole. There are special fish wires that electricians use to get cables through holes conduits, you could try one of those or at least see how they are shaped so you can use something similar - you'll only need a short fishwire you probably have to buy a 5m length if you want the real thing. Good luck.
Q:I am currently travelling in Europe and my power cable crapped out. I need a website which offers next-day international shipping. I am currently in Prague and am going to Krakow next; so if you know of a store in either city which would save me the shipping costs, that works, too.

Q:Today I was using my pc, it was running awfully slow so I restarted and it kept flashing quot;Power cable has not been attached to your video cardquot;. So I turned it off and flicked the master switch on the back of the pc and sure enough it turned on. But it was all low resolution and said no ati driver is installed. I reinstalled all the ATI files and drivers and restarted and the same error message came up. I then flicked the switch on the back and it booted up. I have also checked the Hardware manager and it says for the Graphics card quot; Can not start (error 10)quot;. So what I think is that the pSU is not supplying enough power to the graphics card, so the pc switches to iGP, I have a funny fealing it's the PSU, not the GPU...
It could bet he power supply. The first thing that I would do is to reconnect the power cable that connects to your PCI-Express x16 video card (assuming it uses this slot).
