- Q:What are the pros and cons of each
- I will add on compres air, see if you can blow it out.
- Q:The pipe that is attached under the sink in the bathroom is corroded ,it is also attached to the wall.We cant put the other pipe back on bc their is no more threads to attach the drain.
- C. in front of a public driveway You aren't supposed to block access in and out of a public driveway.
- Q:What are the sealing ways of pipe joints? Thank you
- Pipe joint seal: thread seal, cone seal, end face seal. There are several kinds of thread seal:Hemp - thick lacquer, this is the most traditional.
- Q:can you tell me what is access right
- the trench is dig and line up ur cables tunnels when u have sensitive partsor replacables or control pannels u need workers to walk in
- Q:Why do dogs pee on anything upright? Tree, fire hydrant etc?
- Standard water heaters in the US come with 3/4 pipe thread fitings, so 3/4 is what you need. Most plumbers tend to use a torch and solder MPT adapters onto straight copper pipe, but there are fittings that are supposed to make the job easier. There are several reasons why your fitting may not work: 1. the threads on your original fitting might be stripped, preventing the new fitting from getting a good seal. 2. you could be getting a different type of pipe thread from the store. 3. you could be overtightening the fitting when you put it together, One solderless solution might be to use a new product called shark bites. You don't have to solder them, they wokr like a compression fitting, but they go together like ridgid copper. (take a look at the attachment)
- Q:Need info to purchase the lock
- T Always keep them updated and scan and remove them. Each program is able to find different ones the other can't, so it actually is helpful to have all 3.
- Q:Any Storage systems or anything?
- Most likely cause is a stuck lock actuator. This will not allow the lock knob to move up or down. The actuator is riveted to the door, and is basically a solenoid. It is about 6 inches long and about 2 inches around, and has a black rubber insulator over it. Or did when new. And it will have a 2 wire connector plugged into the bottom of it. Try to move the rod that comes out of it upward with some visegrips. If it won't move up or down, that is your problem. Cut the rod with some good sized wire cutters, and open the door. When you replace the actuator, the new rod comes with it and is part of it. Hope this helps
- Q:What do you mean by "s" in the standard of pipe joint?
- Pointing to the nut s generally have a value, is a relatively flat nut two distance, that is the size of the wrench or view "Satisfaction, please adopt
- Q:wat the gpm 20 psiwould like to have the answer back ASAP
- If there's no power running through the blanket's heating elements, then there is no electromagnetic emission being generated. If exposure to electromagnetic emission is your concern, then your plan to use the blanket to heat up the mattress and covers and then turn the blanket off when you're about to get in bed should be perfectly safe. And, I echo the poster's safety advice above my reply: an electric blanket should not be used unattended, such as leaving it on when you fall asleep. But, in addition to it being a fire hazard, prolonged exposure to excess heat could cause injury or complicate any existing medical condition you might have.
- Q:I'm in an apartment, and have been having trouble with my toilet fill valve. I had a leak into the tank which necessitated me turning off the toilet valve several times, and I guess that loosened the nut on that valve a bit, because I got drips coming out of that valve onto the floor. Instead of calling maintenance, I decided to try and fix it myself, and took a wrench to the nut on the toilet valve. I turned it and stopped the leak, but I also turned the toilet valve about a centimeter to the right, meaning that it pivoted about a centimeter clockwise in relation to the wall. I have no outward signs of a leak inside the wall, nor can I hear any leakage, but I'm just concerned that I may have damaged the piping in the wall somehow, and that it might be dripping or leaking without me knowing it. How is the piping usually set up inside the wall for a toilet valve?
- yes, they are usually done with pretty much the same thing as pvc cement. Some, use compression fittings. if there are nuts on the ends, it is probably compression fittings. easiest thing to do is cut the pipe close as possible to the fitting, then just install a new one. hopefully, there is enough slack in the pipes to allow you to do this.
