I've not see one designed for natural gas. No propane ones are not designed for natural gas. The engines have to be designed to handle it so you would need to converse with a place selling these to find out if such are available. If not contact the mfrs for information as to this conversion idea. The enhance quiet you can also build an enclosure around the generator which would limit sound travel from the unit.
