Q:Why don't fire fighters use that white foamy stuff that you get in fire extinguishers to fight everyday fires, instead of water?Basically I was watching the news today and there was some cottage fire's some where in England and it just got me thinking. Is the white foamy stuff in fire extinguishers only good for small fires?That makes no sense though. And also if water is better for the bigger fire's then why aren't fire extinguishers filled with water.As soon as this popped in to my head I knew I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it.So to recap my main question is;Why is water used instead of the stuff in fire extinguishers to fight fires?Any help would be great. :)

Step 1 Straighten the outer ring of the paper clip so that you now have a long, straight piece of metal. Step 2 Hammer out the end of the paper clip so that it is flat. Use the hammer on a smooth concrete floor or anvil so that you won't damage anything. Step 3 Place the tension wrench or wrench substitute in the cylinder of the lock with the paper clip above it. Step 4 Apply a gentle pressure to the cylinder with the wrench, slightly turning the wrench as you do so. Step 5 Manipulate the paper clip while working the wrench. Slowly move the paper clip in and out while pushing up on the pins in the lock. Continue doing this until you have raised and set the pins. Step 6 Follow the complete instructions for picking a lock as outlined in the eHow article How to Pick a Lock (see link below).

I'm assuming you mean a portrait or a tabletop shoot anything else is well beyond what you can do in the average home. Here's a cheap but effective home portrait studio: - Hang a sheet on the wall (well behind the subject so it'll be blurry) - Buy a couple of pieces of white foamcore (art supply store) to use as reflectors (put aluminum foil on them for even more reflection) - Put a bounce-head flash on your camera and set it to bounce light off the ceiling - Place the reflectors to give the effect you want. You can also bounce light off them - Another alternative is to buy a couple of 250-watt shop lamps, but I find they generate far too much heat and require color correction For tabletop, your best bet is to buy a Light Tent. They cost a bit but they'll solve all your lighting worries. Hope this helps.

Q:Okay, so I recently found out that I'm moving back to the US from south east Asia. My BFFaeaeaeae lives there and it's terrible being away from her! We see each other ever Christmas and Summer and practicality live at each other's houses when I'm home. need to make square cuts on your pipe use a ratchething pvc cutter available at any hardware store make sure to use primer on all glued fittings I prefer to use christy's red hot glue with a good purple primer on the threaded fitting use a good pipe dope like blue magic or rectoseal under teflon tape. apply the pipe dope evenly over threads then hold fitting in left hand and starting from back of thread tape away from you to tip of the thread hand tighten then with pipe wrench just give it two turns hope htis helps

probably a hang over from the Imperial system that doesn't match up with the Metric system or vice-versa. The only nuts I know of that are purposefully made not to match any normal bolts are the ones that secure the welding hose to the Oxygen cylinder of an oxyacetalene gas rig.

These rules are extremely strict. As a 15 year old girl myself I would have to say your household sounds like hell to me. You have a no slouching rule? Wtf?! It's fine to enforce good posture in your children but it is unnecessary to have it as a rule. These rules will just make your kids resent you. I can't believe that you have a constant positivity rule. No one can be positive all of the time. And you aren't allowed to change tv channels? Tv time should be limited I agree, but if you are the only ones watching tv you should be able to change the channel. No electronics? Yeah hell no. monitor their internet activities and block certain websites but not ban the Internet. And no makeup until 9th grade? You should have at least 15 minutes of shower time, cause we girls have a lot of stuff to do in there. Why the hell aren't you allowed to have painted nails until fifth grade?! These are some ridiculous rules. And your grades have to be 85 or above? Some children are academically inclined some are not. This rule should be changed to try your hardest in school, and get work done and passed in on time. You should have cellphones in case of emergencies. It's fine that you can have 2 baths a week but you should be able to pick which days. If I had to wake up at 7:30 every day I would go insane. You should be able to sleep in on the weekend. You should be able to put their feet on the couch, as long as they're clean. You should be able to socialize out of school unless they would like you to become hermits in later life.
