Q:will my PSone power cable work on my ps2?

i dont think so is the power cord plug in for the ps1 round like the ps2 never hurts to try tho

Q:i replaced my ps2 power ribbon cable with a slightly diffrent ribbon cable but it had all the connections just like the original one. i plugged in my ps and i heard that slight clicking sound of the electricity entering the ps2's cuircut such as it always has when it was working fine. but when i plug the ps2 in the lights on the power buttons wont come on and they havent come on no matter whitch way i turn the cable. i would really like to get back to KH2 bugt this is getting annoying. what is up with my ps2 that even though everything is connected i cant seem to get the power lights to come on. help!

reassemble it again .pull out out the power cord and reattach it .it happened to me and thats what i did

Q:Trying to troubleshoot my computer I have been unplugging and replugging wires. After a while of looking around I have found that the ATX power connector is missing a part of the pin. Now my computer is unable to boot. Is there a way to fix it. Or am I stuck going to get to a new computer.

Q:as far as i know, the only cable that connects the hdd with my motherboard is the sata cable, is this the cable that will do both transfer data and also provide electricty? or do i need another cable to connect the hdd and to power supply? same for my sata dvd burner, thx!

also to add in for the power connector. check the back of you HDD to see if it has the dual power connector on the back. i have seen alot of them with both a standard IDE connector and a sata connector choice for giving it power. i put a WD sata 80 gig in my girlfriends with the dual set-up. nothing in the system was sata till i got ahold of it. put a sata card in with the drive and the 7200rpm's made the 1100 athlon alot faster.
