e, Features for XLPE/PVC SWA Cable :
XLPE insulated power cable do not has excellent electric, mechanical properties, but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion, heat resistance and enviromental stress resistance. Its structure is simple. The long period operating temperature is +90 °C. It is conveninet to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.
XLPE insulated steel wire armoured power cable: XLPE/PVC insulated power cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable. XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resisting, environmetal stress resisting antichemical corrossion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.
Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three technology(peroxide, silane and irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen low-smoke halogen free, and non-smoke nonhalogented and three classes of
A, B, C.

- Q:what does it mean by 4 core cable, 35 mm. can it be used for DC and AC as well. can it be used for a 3 phase AC. what are its advantages and disadvantages? is one core means one phase? can we use 2 core cable for 3 phase AC? am really confused please explain.
- A 4 core cable has 4 conductors in an overall sheath. The 35 mm indicates the area of each conductor's copper is 35 square mm. You can use the 4 core cable for 3-phase power (3 wires with a spare or ground). You cant use a 2-core cable for three phase service, unless you are using three 2-core cables with the 2 wires connected in parallel to provide one of the phases. It can be used for AC or DC. TexMav
- Q:I've got 1/0 gauge wiring and if i run this along my rear deck quot;speaker wireswill this cause noise?im not talking about the RCA cables.
- i seriously doubt it.
- Q:Forced shut down pc now it has no power just a buzzing sound when the power cable is plugged in
- well, the power supply may be dead. take it to a technician
- Q:So here is the power supply, motherboard and graphics card I have.Power Supply: ATX-TL500W-BK Motherboard: GA-78-LMT-S2 Graphics Card: GV-N960XTREME-4gd As you can see the mother board is a (pcie 2.0), and my graphics card is 3.0 with a 6pin and 8pin slot on the side for It's power cables. My previous graphics card didn't need any cables to run to it, so I don't know what I need for going from the 3.0 to the 2.0, and I don't know where the power cables for the card connect to.Any help is very appreciated.
- You have a big enough PSU--400W recommended, you have 500W available. The cables from the card go to the PSU. If you don't have the right one(s) then buy adapters. Contact card maker for those if you didn't get any in box or search Google.
- Q:I have my friends PC at my house to change a few components but apparently the PC doesn't work properly. I insert the power connectors ( 20 and 4 pin connectors ) into the motherboard, plug the power cable into the PSU and when i turn the power button on the PSU the computer will start but do nothing. It never worked like that before, i always used the power button from the computer to turn it off and on. And this happened just after i changed a PSU. Now the old Power Supply doesn't work either. Is there any way to stop the computer from turning itself on ?
- There are two possible problems 1. there is a short on the motherboard, specifically, the power on circuit. It is acting like the power button is held in. May have a faulty board. 2. The cmos has reset, and the default setting for activity on power failure is full on. Meaning, if power is lost to the computer (even if it is off), it will power on. A simple change in the bios would fix this In all likely hood, #2 is your problem
- Q:My internet went down after a lightning storm. My cable modem is completely unresponsive and won't even power up, but everything else on the power strip is fine. So I am assuming the surge came through the coaxial. Someone suggested that the cable might fry any new modem I put on it, but that sounds off to me.Do I need to replace the coaxial, or will it be safe to just replace the modem?
- I think just the modem needs to be replaced.
- Q:power wont tuurn on from my amp there is power in the cables and i checked all fuses and wires there good to go nugga
- check the remote wire
- Q:what can i do so i can use my DL burner on my new pc?
- EIDE (Enhanced IDE) is no longer a standard on most computers which uses SATA. In turn, they also use different power connections. The channel cable is dependent on the mother board, but the power supply is dependent on the power box. If there is an IDE channel, but no power cable, you have only two options. 1. Buy a new SATA based drive. 2. But a new power supply. Buying a new power supply to replace the one you have is definitely a void of warranty. You are much better off with a new drive.
- Q:I never expected this problem, but I have an HP with a liteon power supply. The thing has these weird clips on the power cables that go into the hard drive. How do I free the hard drive power cables? I have to put in a new power supply for my video card.
- SATA just pulls out.. actually so does molex connectors (for IDE drives).. just very tough sometimes to get them out. If its black and kinda thin, then its probably SATA and they should just pull straight out.
- Q:what would happen if i used a 10 guage power cable on a 2400 watt amp, would it blow the fuse of would the amp just creat less power? thnx
- 10 gauge should only be used to go from amp to speakers because its such a short distance. according to rockford fosgate you will lose 1157 watts of your possible 2400 watts possible. in short it would cause close to 50% less power and you would probably fry your power cable. and if you go above 2,000 watts it is actually unsafe to run smaller than 1/0 gauge power wire.
