What is the service life of the mobile scaffolding accessories?

Hot galvanized mobile scaffolding accessories for a period of 10 years or so, the surface does not require maintenance, in use without any restrictions. However, the cost is high, the raw materials needed to be more complex.

Can you identify Scaffold Grade Aluminum tubing by looking at it.?

The grade or type of Aluminum Alloy materials can not be identified visually because they are almost all the same in appearance. Normally these materials are marked with there Alloy number or designation like, 6061- T6, at certain intervals so that users can distinguish them.

i had it done 2/3 months ago, it was fine at first but now on each end i have two lumps on my ear:S there relitavely smal...the size of like a really tiny pea.there really painfull and sore and quite red and sometimes they scab over with yellowy crust [yes i know sounds disguisting]im just a bit worried that its gone all weird or are these normal? am i cleaning it right?

I had the same situation occur when I got my scaffold/industrial done. I wouldn't be too concerned. The lumps are called hypertrophic scars, and supposedly they are pretty common and are caused by overcleaning, harsh products, or (as I think was my case) general irritation from the jewelry moving repeatedly back and forth through the piercing or being bumped around or rubbed/touched. Mine lasted quite a long time. Try leaving your piercing alone for a couple of days. Then salt water solutions or compresses are supposed to help the lumps to heal, and I also used tea tree oil and neosporine intermittently. Hot compresses like a heated washcloth applied to the area help to reduce the lumps, as well. Sometimes it's recommended to try another type of jewelry, like titanium, or switch temporarily to two separate bars. You might also try finding a really gentle cleanser/soap. I just kept my original piercing, using the above techniques off and on, and after months of the lumps remaining red and sore, they just went away totally. Just keep your eye out for any pussing (hypertrophic scars ooze, but they don't usually pus), increased swelling, and the area feeling very hot- these are signs of infectiona nd you should see your doc right away. i have an interview tomorrow but have a scafold piercing in , its been in there for about 2/3 months nearly healed competely , how ling can i leave it out for , maybe 30-45 minutes? thanks

They take around 6-9 months to heal completely...you shouldn't be taking it out at all. I stupidly took mine out after 3 months to clean a bit behind the bar and the bar would never go back through the top hole. It hurt like crap and bled profusely if I tried to push it through.

Im 18 years old and maleI have 4 piercings. On my left I have my lobe and a double helix (a type of cartilage piercing). On my right I have a scaffold/industrial. I know I want another piercing on my right ear, but cant decide what to get. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Okay so I want to get either done, I just want to know which one is more painful. Not felling that nervous because I have had my nose and tongue done. I want to know which one is more painful and how to clean each of them. And also with the lip, is it more like the tongue with what foods you can eat and how hard it is to eat?

Everyone is different as far as what piercings they think hurt more or less, but based on my own experience, I'd say the scaffolding hurt more by far. Now, I've never had my lower lip pierced, but I had my upper lip area (I used to have angel bites), so I'd image it would have to be similar to the lower lip as far as pain, care, healing. As far as cleaning them, it's like most other piercings, where the best thing for you to use is warm sea salt water. But although everyone's different, the lip is going to be the faster healing of the two I'd say for basically anyone. The scaffolding takes up to a year to fully heal. The lip heals relatively fast;usually anything involving your mouth area heals quicker than other areas of the body-I'm sure you noticed how your tongue healed fast. Or even if you accidentally bite or cut anything involving your mouth, tongue, inside of your cheeks, etc., it heals faster than other areas. As far as the foods other aftercare with it, it is somewhat similar to your tongue in caring for it-just follow your piercer's instructions you'll be fine. Good luck!
