Q: If I built a box using standard diameter scaffolding tube (48mm) and connected it using kee clamps rather than standard scaffolding connectors, do you think it would be strong enough to support a 2000lb bar being dropped on it from a 2m height without breaking? I want to build it without welding, but am concerned over the strength of such a box connected only with kee clamps.
though that page doesn't seem to be quite complete
Q: A 105 kg scaffold is 6.2 m long. It is hanging with two wires, one from each end. A 520 kg box sits 2.2 m from the left end. What is the tension in the right hand side wire?(g = 9.8 m/s2)
(105 x 9.8) = weight of 1,029N. Half is supported by each wire, = 514.5N. (520 x 9.8) = 5,096N. box weight. (6.2 - 2.2) = 4m. 5,096/((4//2.2)) +1) = 1,808.258N. (5,096 - 1,808.258) + 514.5 = 3,802.242N. tension in left wire.
Q: What is scaffolding pole, bar, scissors support?
2.2 according to the vertical and horizontal transmission force between the vertical and horizontal1 by the contact surface friction force transmission, that is, at the junction of the contact surface of the pressure after the friction force to support the transverse load and transfer it to the vertical pole, such as the role of the fastener, through the positive pressure of the bolt to produce friction;2 by the welding force transmission. Most of the cross bar and vertical rod socket connection is used in this way, the door frame is also this way;3) direct pressure transmission force. This method is more common in the horizontal bar on the top of the scaffolding;4. The shear force of the dowel bar is connected with the vertical connection plate of the cross bar and the hole of the vertical rod to realize the connection and the shear force between the two sides of the pin rod
Q: Please tell me which book is on the way. Then in the specific description of the horizontal spacing, vertical spacing and step how to distinguish between a little confused
Mainly in order to work or work on the construction of the perimeter of the safety net enclosure and high altitude installation components, etc., is put on the shelf, scaffolding materials are usually made of bamboo, wood, steel or synthetic materials, etc.. Some projects also use scaffolding as a template, in addition to advertising, municipal, transportation, Luqiao, mining and other sectors are widely used.
Q: Ok so i got a scaffold ear piercing about 6 weeks ago and by the two holes where it has been pierced its gone like lumpy an also at the top end of the piercing some skin has come down streched sort of so does anyone know if it will properly heal and the lumps go or does it stay like that? an is there anythin i can do to help it?
I used to have a scaffolding piercing but it didn't work out and now I have little bumps at where the 2 holes were. I recommend going to the doctors just to be safe as they will be able to give the best advice, I don't think you would want to end up with bumps on yours like mine. I hope this helps :)
Q: All i can find is full time positions but none for turnarounds
Assuming you mean fling and that you only want to fling them virtually you could use Java.
Q: A 60.0 kg painter is on a uniform 25 kg scaffold supported from above by ropes. There is a 4.0 ? kg pail of paint to one side. Can the painter walk safely to both ends of the scaffold? If not, which end(s) is dangerous, and how close to the end can he approach safely?
missing data. How much tension can each rope sustain, how much tilt will the scaffolding undergo through movement. You have to be missing some data, that question is unanswerable too many variables.
Q: What are the requirements for the removal of scaffolding
For example, fastener type scaffolding, demolition should be met: 1, the demolition work must be from top to bottom layer, the upper and lower non simultaneous operation of 2, the wall must be removed with the scaffolding layer by layer, even the non first wall pieces of the whole layer or several layers removed after removal of the scaffolding dismantled; height should be less than 2 step, such as the height difference is greater than 2 steps should be added to the reinforcement of diaphragm wall
Q: truss or frame (?) which is preferred between the two in making scaffoldings and why?
For stronger scaffolding you can use both..good luck
Q: For my next birthday I really want to 'jazz up' my look. So, I was thinking about piercing my ears again. I remember it didn't hurt at when I got my first holes, and so I figure it won't be much different with getting another ear lobe piercing behind the ones I already have. However, I am also interested in a scaffold piercing through the top of my ear. I heard that hurts a lot :/ Opinions? thank you so much !
They are near impossible to get rid of and may never stop growing.
