- well that's a challenge cause i think walmarts have great prices on their plants and some times Lowe's offers great deals and a one year guarantee on their plants look for plants that are well taken care of make sure you check for bugs and brown or yellow leaves to get the best for your money i do not like plants from k marts cause the one by my house does not take care of them so i really don't care how cheap they are good luck and you can always purchase seeds they are cheaper than established plants or flowers
- Q: iv noticed there is perfectly rounded tunnel holes in my garden what kind of animal is doing this, they also bored a hole in my wooden door! what i find amazing is how perfectly rounded the holes are and i live in ireland so it cannot be moles?? please help :)

- Those are really two different sources. Betty Crocker is one, Better Homes and Gardens the other. So far this is the only one I've found without baking powder. Peanut Blossom Cookies INGREDIENTS: 8 oz. pkg. milk chocolate kisses 1/2 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup light brown sugar 1 egg 2 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1-1/4 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt more granulated sugar PREPARATION: Heat oven to 375 F. Remove wrappers from chocolate. Beat butter and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended. Add 1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture. Cover tightly and chill for 4-8 hours in fridge. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a chocolate piece into center of each cookie; cookie will crack slightly around edges. Let stand on cookie sheets for 3-4 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 48 cookies To freeze, shape dough into balls but do not roll in sugar. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets and freeze until firm. Pack into hard sided freezer containers; label, and freeze up to 3 months. To bake, roll frozen dough into sugar, then bake as directed, adding 3-6 minutes to the baking time. Here's one from my own files that always amazes me because it works. Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies INGREDIENTS 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup white sugar 1 egg DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Combine ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool. Recipe doesn't make very many, so you could double recipe as you desire.

- Q: Appears to be being eaten by something. saw green caterpillar like insect on leaves of brussel sprout young plant. Other plants doing fairly well.See holes in a few other leaves,but somethings descimating my Brussell Sprout plants. Please help.
- I don't know where you are but here in New Zealand that green caterpillar is from the white butterfly. Under the leaf you will find an egg attached. Here, we dust the plant with a product called deris dust and that kills the caterpillar soon after hatching. The white butterfly lands on cabbages too but they don't like lettuce. If you boil a lettuce and strain off the juice, you can spray your brussell spouts with the juice and that should keep the butterfly away. Only draw back is that if you water the garden or it rains you have to spray again once the plant has dried.

- Q: My son recently began sleeping through the night (or at least waking up, but not to eat). But I leak alot while he's sleeping, I leak through the lilypadz and regular breast pads. I even tried handtowels in my sleep bra. I tried wrapping tight with an ace bandage too. This happen to anyone else? How long did this last for you? Any advice? I don't want to wake up to pump (because, I can finally get sleep... if I don't have to wake up to change my shirt twice a night).PS highly amused that Y! wanted to put this in home garden: DIY
- I dealt with this problem as well. Lol, hand towels in the bra, I stuffed my sports bra with those as well, I woke up a sopping mess. Anyway, your body will begin to adjust, so heres what you can do, either wait until your milk adjusts or..... and this is what I did. I woke up at 3 in the morning and went and pumped for a good 20 minutes and took the pressure off the top. Yes, it sucks that when your baby is finally sleeping through the night you still have to get up, but it beat changing my sheets each morning and being soaked, and it also keep my supply going strong. The really nice thing was sometimes my husband would get up in the morning and feed my son the pumped milk before he went to work so I could sleep in a little. When I didn't use the expressed milk, I would freeze it. The frozen milk was great when my milked started drying up when my son started refusing the breast, I was still able to give him breast milk for 3 extra weeks with my stored milk!
