Calcium Silicon Powder
1. Description:
Silicon Calcium Alloy is a stable compound; it is supplied in the form of solid with approximate melting point of 1245°C and boiling point 1800°C in normal atmospheric pressure.
Solubility in water reacts with moist gas and water.
Silicon Calcium Alloy is a potent deoxidizer and desulfurizer utilized in the production of high grade steels. Although Silicon itself is a powerful deoxidizer, Calcium is by far more powerful. In addition, Calcium Silicon is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the final product. Calcium Silicon can be obtained in lump or powder form. The most widely used method for intergraded steel applications is in the form of cored wire. This is mainly because calcium has a low density and high reactivity in the ladle making it difficult to introduce and retain in the melt. Cored wire eliminates these variables.

(1) Silicon calcium alloy is an ideal deoxidizer and desulfurizer.
(2) CaSi is generally used in manufacturing steel of high quality and low carbon, and the same as the production of stainless.
(3) CaSi is also served as a starting material for other special alloys, such as nickel base alloy and titanium base alloy.
(4) Silicon Calcium Alloy can also be used as the inoculant of cast iron and the additive in the production of nodular cast iron.

They 'shred' I guess you haven't heard 'Sulfur' 'Psychosocial' 'Pulse of the Maggots' or a lot of their newer songs, cuz they do have a lot of guitar going on between Mick and James. (Since you probably aren't a big fan...) And, what, they don't have high screams? I never knew it was a specification of metal to be able to scream really high-pitched. Corey can growl and he can definitely scream, have you not heard any of their music? Especially the album Iowa or their self-titled? Check out the song 'Scream' for God's sake. Or 'Get This' 'Spit it Out' 'Surfacing' 'Eyeless' 'People=****' or 'I Am Hated' if you want some good examples of what Corey can do. They are in some cases considered Heavy Metal but they are definitely Nu-Metal. In fact, they stand as founders of the sub-genre itself. You do know metal has many different sub-genres, right?

- KoRn: The founders of Nu-metal, probably the best nu-metal band Recommended songs: Freak on a Leash, Falling Away From Me, Blind Slipknot: Were fairly similar to KoRn in the lyrics and meaning aspect, leaning more towards metal. Second best to KoRn, if not better than them. Recommended songs: Wait and Bleed, Left Behind, Before I Forget, Psychosocial Linkin Park: Mainly people consider Linkin Park to be a great Nu-Metal band (I personally don't like them but they do deserve a mention) I recommend the Hybrid Theory album. - power metal is one of the few (the only??) metal sub- genres that for some reason leaves me cold... bar a very few bands... Helloween, and erm... when i was getting into metal i lived in the UK and no-one i knew listened to 'power metal'... me and my friends preferred metal that was derived from 'blues' or 'punk'. I've since moved to the continent (Spain) and i can't get away from the more melodic 'classical' influenced power metal stuff... and i'm afraid, bar the odd standout tune, i can't stand it!

- The Black Metal from LA has to be terrible. But real metal not Metalcore or Deathcore still has many listeners. I listen to Nile, Cannibal Corpse, and a lot of Black Metal. True metal will never die.
