Electrolytic Manganese Metal Flakes

Properties:
Manganese has a melting point of 1245oC,specific gravity of 7.2.Ordinary manganese is a hard and brittle gray-white metal .It is chemically reactive and slowly decompose cold water. Manganese metal is ferromagnetic after special treatment.

The main application of electrolytic manganese metal flakes:

Manganese is an important alloying agent. It is added to improve the strength, toughness, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, and hardenability of steels. Together with aluminum and antimony, especially in the presence of copper, it forms highly ferromagnetic alloys. Manganese dioxide is used as a depolarizer in dry cells and as a decolorizing agent for glass that has been colored green due to iron impurities. The dioxide is also used in drying black paints and in the preparation of oxygen and chlorine. Manganese colors glass an amethyst color and is the coloring agent in natural amethyst. The permanganate is used as an oxidizing agent and is useful for qualitative analysis and in medicine. Manganese is an important trace element in nutrition, although exposure to the element is toxic in higher quantities.

Standard

YB/T 051--93

Application

Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.

Electrolytical manganese mainly used as an additive ,to increase the hardness , stiffness , and corrosion resistance  of metal alloy  applied to the field of steel smelting, non-ferrous alloy, Electronic Technology,chemical industry ,environmental protection ,space industry ,etc.

Q:Vocally, what is the biggest difference between black and death metal?
KISS is a hard rock band, plain and simple. Bands like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Dio, Judas Priest, Motörhead, and Ozzy Osbourne are heavy metal.
Q:chemical difference between metals and non metals?
I would say the other way around. Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Dio and Rush I would say influenced power metal in the 70's. Thrash, in a lot of ways is a mix of speed metal and power metal. BQ1: I can see why he would like to call Venom power metal, he was influenced by it. Just like Lemmy calls Motorhead a rock and roll band. BQ2: I would say he was more of an influence on thrash, rather then power metal.
Q:Metal + water (H2O) -> what?
I'm not really picky when it comes to metal. I listen to both, and don't really consider either the ultimate music. As for which is more evil, it really depends. Even black metal has a couple of different sub-genres, Norwegian black metal being the only one I would really consider evil. Of course, most Norwegian black metalists worship the devil (it's a proven fact). I wouldn't really consider either genre really dangerous. Biased answer though, been a die hard metal fan for years. And I'd say that both are pretty irritating to normal people.
Q:what is a metalloid/semi-metal?
Magnetism has to do with unpaired electrons. Electrons spin clockwise or counter clockwise. Generally they are paired. When they are not they create magnetism. Iron has 3 unpaired electrons and demostrates tahe greatest magnetism. cobalt and nickle also demonstrate some magnetism. Also, some of the rare earths and some alloys such as Alnico and steel. RECENTLY, several papers have been published on the use of polarized light for revealing the grain structure of metals and alloys. Hone and Pearson1 showed that by examining under polarized light a polished aluminium surface which had been anodized in a suitable electrolyte, the grain structure was revealed, differently oriented grains appearing with different brightnesses. Woodward2, by etching 'Monel' metal in a specific reagent, has found similar effects. Polished surfaces of aluminium and 'Monel' metal, being optically isotropic, do not react to polarized light as do the optically anisotropic surfaces of tin, zinc, cadmium, etc., and the above authors1,2 have attributed the optical anisotropy of the anodized aluminium and etched 'Monel' metal to the anisotropic properties of the surface film formed during anodizing or etching. Although this explanation may be correct, there is a possible alternative which involves the surface contour of the specimen, for it is well known that if pearlite is examined under polarized light no reaction occurs unless the specimen is etched. This has been shown convincingly by Baeyertz3 to be due to the presence of fine parallel grooves on the surface, formed by etching away the ferrite and leaving the cementite lamellæ in relief. Furthermore, Jones4 has shown that polarization effects can be produced by deeply etching a metal surface.
Q:Why is Screamo not Metal?
Heavy metal (often referred to simply as metal) is a genre of rock music[1] that developed in the late 1960s and early 1970s, largely in England and the United States.[2] With roots in blues-rock and psychedelic rock, the bands that created heavy metal developed a thick, massive sound, characterized by highly amplified distortion, extended guitar solos, emphatic beats, and overall loudness. Heavy metal lyrics and performance styles are generally associated with machismo and masculine sexuality.[3] Early heavy metal bands such as Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, and Deep Purple attracted large audiences, though they were often critically reviled, a status common throughout the history of the genre. In the mid-1970s, Judas Priest helped spur the genre's evolution by discarding much of its blues influence; Motörhead introduced a punk rock sensibility and an increasing emphasis on speed. Bands in the New Wave of British Heavy Metal such as Iron Maiden followed in a similar vein. Before the end of the decade, heavy metal had attracted a worldwide following of fans known as metalheads or headbangers.
Q:Metal gear solid legacy collection trouble?!?
Death metal band
Q:quick 10points./ Metals and nonmetals?
Doom metal: Candlemass My Dying Bride Solitude Aeturnus Gothic metal: Type O Negative Theatre of Tragedy Beseech Poisonblack Death metal: Nile Autopsy Death Melodic Death metal: Dark Tranquillity Carcass Arch Enemy Avant-garde metal: Behold The Arcturus Celtic Frost Mr. Bungle Black metal: Ancient Beherit Mayhem Dissection Folk/Viking metal: Cruachan Finntroll Korpiklaani Grindcore: Napalm Death Pig Destroyer Hardcore: Agnostic Front Walls of Jericho Heavy metal: Iron Maiden Judas Priest Danzig Industrial metal: Ministry Mortiis Metalcore: Himsa Trivium Car Bomb Nu metal: Otep Slipknot Power metal: Amaran Dark Moor Kamelot Progressive metal: Queensryche Evergrey Dream Theater Stoner metal: Kyuss Orange Goblin Drone metal: Boris Earthride Sludge metal: High On Fire Acid Bath Bongzilla Thrash metal: Overkill Exodus Anthrax The thing about metal is that some bands kind of cross over sub genres. You have bands that are death mixed with doom, black metal mixed with thrash, death mixed with grindcore, folk mixed with viking. Some bands do not keep just one style or sound. Bands like Amorphis start out as one sub genre then change to another.
