QTZ40P (TC4708) FAQ
Q: What is the meaning of the tower crane’s code?
A: Take TC5013 for example, the first two letters “TC” means Tower Crane, “50” means jib length is 50 meter, and the last two letter “13” means the tip load is :1.3 ton.
Q: What is tower crane?
A: Tower crane is a modern form of balance crane that consist of the same basic parts. Fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation (and sometimes attached to the sides of structures as well), tower cranes often give the best combination of height and lifting capacity and are used in the construction site.
Q: What is main advantage for manufacturing construction machinery?
A: Our machinery main advantages mainly include: 1. Nationallevel Research Academy for various building equipment for more than 30 years’ experience; 2. Complete quality control system; 3. Nearly 20 years experiences in manufacturing industries; 4. Over 50 engineers along with 6 local partner companies providing worldwide after-sales service;
- Q: what is the common cause of crane accidents
- Although mechanical failure does occur, most crane accidents are caused due to human error. Here are some examples: 1) Operating a crane during adverse weather conditions, such as wind conditions 2) Overloading a crane/ improper load calculations 3) Inexperienced or untrained personnel 4) Improper rigging of the load 5) Bypassing safety devises 6) Improper selection of the crane for the environment (ground conditions, power lines etc.) based on the type of load 7) Shock-loading a crane 8) Failure to perform maintenance and inspections in accordance to manufacture specifications I hoped this helped Cheers
- Q: What makes a crane so strong?
- Cranes are built using a structural technique called a truss which is characterized by looking like a series of triangles connected together. That structure prevents the members from having to resist any bending loads. All of the truss members experience only tension and compression, no bending. That is an extremely efficient structure which is why they can be so strong without being monstrously heavy. Or if you prefer the short answer, engineers make the crane so strong.
- Q: Recently, it seems that any time my front door is open for any period of time, crane flies start migrating inside. I would like to find a way to keep them out when the door is open. Are crane flies attracted to electric bug zappers?
- I'm sure they are, but keep it away from your house or you're going to be attracting more bugs and have them dead near your house.
- Q: You see cranes on the floor which rise about 50 metres, but sometimes, when building high sky scrapers, I see cranes on the 70th floor or the 80th floor. How do they put the the crane so high up there when it can only go up high around 60-70 metres?
- The cranes are built in the elevator shafts and moved up as needed during work progress.
- Q: the question is :Two cranes can unload a ship together in 15 hours. The faster crane takes 16 hours less than the slower crane, if each were to unload the same ship alone. How long doesi t take for each crane to unload this ship? I done most of the math but i am stuck with this last part .15+- radical 1185/2
- No. of hours for the slower to unload alone—x: 1/x + 1/(x - 16) = 1/15 (x - 16 + x)/(x? - 16x) = 1/15 15(2x - 16) = x? - 16x 30x - 240 = x? - 16x x? - 46x = - 240 x? - 23x = - 240 + (- 23)? x? - 23x = - 240 + 529 (x - 23)? = 289 x - 23 = 17 x = 40 No. of hours for the faster to unload alone: = 40 - 16 = 24 Answer: slower crane, 40 hrs; faster crane, 24 hrs Check: = 15(1/40 + 1/24) = 15([3 + 5]/120) = 15(8/120) = 15(1/15) = 15/15 or 1
- Q: Tower crane 5610 why call QTZ63 tower crane, 5613 call QTZ806015, call QTZ100
- The type of "QTZ100" indicates the hoisting tower crane with nominal lifting torque up to 1000KN.m;5610, 5613, 6015 and so on model meaning is, the first 2 digits indicate effective variable amplitude length, the unit is m, and the latter 2 for the largest amplitude of gravity, the unit is KN.These two models do not have any objections, can be converted, not the latter way of expression is more reasonable, and by the current domestic manufacturers widely used.TC5610 nominal lifting torque to 630KN.m, but not up to 800KN.m, so it should be considered QTZ63 series.TC5613 nominal lifting torque reached 800KN.m, but not 1000KN.m, so divided into the QTZ80 series.TC6015 nominal lifting torque reaches 1000KN.m, so it is divided into QTZ100 series.

- Q: A Korean kid at my school made me one in a new kid meeting. Sadly, he made it with my hall pass that needs to be signed with the teacher that organized it. But when she had to sign it she ripped it up and he won't make me another one! How can i make one myself?
- Here are some links to pages that show you how to make the crane. You might also like to look for some general Origami pages, they will help you understand the directions if you run into a problem. Sometimes in origami you need to make a fold and then unfold it - the crease that was created by the un-fold will be used later - the instructions for this type of fold can be confusing. The first link is a step by step instruction site for the crane - very good illustrations with instructions accompanying each photo - it spans multiple pages so you need to click the next button at the bottom of the page as you finish each set of instructions. The second link is a full view of drawings of each fold on one single page - the instructions aren't as detailed, but it does give you the opportunity to see how each fold is supposed to look in one view. The third link is a link to a japanese site that explains the significance and history of the crane and what it means - it's very interesting. Good luck.
- Q: I have to read this book for an AP class next year. I did read the book and i don't understand how i can discuss the setting and its possible relationship to the theme. I looked stuff up on the internet and I've asked other people who have read the book and they're just as confused as I am. I need help!
- I can't tell you what to write or what you see as the theme but one of the themes in the book is man versus nature. Maybe you could discuss the setting as part of nature and what Crane seems to be saying about it. One thing that might help is a poem Crane wrote which explains how he sees things. Maybe you already know it. It's titled A man said to the universe A man said to the universe, Sir, I exist! However, replied the universe the fact has not created in me a sense of obligation. An indifferent universe. Not unlike how Thomas Hardy saw things.
