1.Description of PVC Pipe :
Material: Virgin Rigid PVC resin, no recycle material
Process: vacuum forming extrusion
Color: various colors, we can make color according to Panton card No.
Quality Standard: Smooth surface, no spot, no shrink mark, no surface quality defect.Check from cross section, homogeneous in density, good plasticizing degree, relative chemical/physical property meet customer requirement. We supply different environment protection products to meet different market requirement.
2.Features of PVC Pipes :
1) Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2) Good chemicals and drugs resistance: PVC pipe has its excellent resistance to the erosion caused by acids and alkalines, a great help to the chemical industries.
3) Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.
4) Strong mechanical strength: Good resistance to water pressure, outside impact and pressure, is satisfied under any conditions.
5) Good electrical insulation: excellent insulation nature against electricity. the pvc pipe can be served as conduits and pipes in construction cable and wire.

Q: Can plastic tubes be reused?
Yes, plastic tubes can be reused depending on their condition and purpose. If they are clean and undamaged, they can be washed and used again for various applications such as packaging, storage, or transportation. However, it is important to consider the type of plastic and any specific regulations or guidelines for reuse to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Q: remove it. Unfortunately I had to cut it off. I pushed the pastic in as far as I could but it didnt go all the way down. Now my dipstick cant be reinstalled and also if I do ever push the plastic down, will that affect the motor? I heard that there is a screen that will prevent any objects (plastic tube) from getting into engine.
I won't give you grief about the excellent goof and the smile that you put on my face...seems there is always a new way to do a simple thing... You didn't say what type engine/what year Mercedes, but ....there is generally 1 or 2 bolts that will go on a strap around the dip stick FILLER tube( not DRAIN) this tube is then directed into the base of the block and goes into it @ 3/8 of an inch,@ 9mm it is held in by a rubber O ring that fits into a valley in the base...take the tube out try to remove the tubing ,or replace the FILLER and be done....the tubing will not affect anything but if you can't read the oil level by inserting the dip stick do NOT just cover the tube and remove the level indicator stick
Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for vacuum applications?
Plastic tubes can be suitable for vacuum applications depending on the specific requirements and conditions. Some plastic materials, such as PVC or polyethylene, may not be able to maintain a strong vacuum due to their inherent permeability to gases. However, other plastic materials, like nylon or PTFE, offer better resistance to gas permeation and can be used effectively in vacuum systems. Additionally, the design and construction of the plastic tube, including its wall thickness and reinforcement, play a crucial role in determining its suitability for vacuum applications. Ultimately, it is important to consider the specific needs of the vacuum system and consult with experts to select the most appropriate materials and design for the intended application.
Q: My 2000 ford focus broke down last week and me and a family friend determined its the fuel pump so as we were replacing it we noticed the nozzle hooking into the top of the fuel pump was snapped it is connected to a hard plastic tube and I need to know either what the tube is called or what the nozzle is called PLEASE HELP!!!
you should have 2 lines to the pump. a supply to the fuel system and a return back to the tank. the red clip is the supply fitting, id believe.
Q: How do plastic tubes compare to metal tubes in terms of durability?
Plastic tubes typically have lower durability compared to metal tubes. While plastic tubes are lightweight and resistant to corrosion, they are more prone to cracking, breaking, or deforming under pressure or extreme temperatures. On the other hand, metal tubes are generally stronger, more rigid, and capable of withstanding higher pressures and temperatures, making them more durable in various applications.
Q: Do plastic tubes have any limitations in terms of compatibility with other packaging materials?
Yes, plastic tubes do have limitations in terms of compatibility with other packaging materials. Plastic tubes may not be suitable for certain products that require specific packaging properties, such as those that are reactive with plastic or require oxygen or moisture barrier properties. Additionally, plastic tubes may not be compatible with certain closure systems or labeling methods used with other packaging materials.
Q: After pierced ears, the plastic ear canal is changed
After the best change not because of fresh ear stick earrings is changed, the recovery is not good. Just wear a plastic ear stick and don't worry about itAfter a period of time, you look at the pierced ears around the meat into the pierced ears, and pierced ears almost ready. It doesn't matter what you wear again.
Q: What are the advantages of using plastic tubes in the pharmaceutical industry?
There are several advantages of using plastic tubes in the pharmaceutical industry. Firstly, plastic tubes are lightweight and easy to transport, making them cost-effective for shipping pharmaceutical products. Secondly, plastic tubes are durable and offer excellent protection against breakage, ensuring the integrity of the medication. Additionally, plastic tubes provide a barrier against moisture and oxygen, helping to extend the shelf life of pharmaceutical products. Lastly, plastic tubes are customizable, allowing for easy labeling and identification of different medications, enhancing efficiency and safety in the pharmaceutical industry.
Q: How do you cut plastic tubes to size?
To cut plastic tubes to size, you can use a few different methods depending on the thickness and type of plastic. One common approach is to use a fine-toothed saw or a hacksaw to make a straight cut. Another option is to use a utility knife or a pipe cutter specifically designed for plastic tubes. It is important to secure the tube firmly and make a steady, controlled cut to ensure accuracy and prevent any damage.
Q: OK I am trying to make one of those soda drinking hats (because I have all of this spare clear plastic tubing from Menards from another project, and I couldn't think of anything else to do with it). When drinking out of it, it gives that plastic-like taste which I hope will go away over time. Anyway is this bad for me because I don't know if there is a different cleaner tubing that the real hats use and if it is safe to drink from their tubes. Should I just buy one of the hats off OKorder or just make my own... I don't want to poison myself or anything.
what kind of tubing was it? was it sitting in the garage for months? the plastic taste isnt bad, but if it was sitting in your garage for months, you might wanna run soappy water throught it a few times then run clean water throught it for a few mins....just to be safe
