- Q: My 99 Ford Escort has been making sloshy water sounds and whistling sounds on the passenger side of the car when I run the A/C. I have also noticed that the floor is damp on the passenger side only. If I look up under and behind the glove compartment there is a black plastic box that is covered with condensation within a few minutes of running the a/c. Based on what I've read, this problem is probably a blocked drain rather than the heater core (I live in Florida and haven't touched my heater in 6 months :P). Can anyone confirm? The noise has also been getting worse, I noticed the damp floor a week or two ago, but the water noises have only kicked up the past 2 days. Will running the a/c without fixing it permanently damage anything? If I can't locate the drain to unblock and have to take it into the mechanic, how much would I be looking at? Thanks!
- You are probably correct about the a/c drain tube. If it were the heater core, there would be a coolant smell and your coolant level would drop and by now the engine would be getting hot. It shouldn't cost that much to have someone open the drain tube, but you should be able to do it yourself. Look in the engine compartment on the firewall at approximately the center of the car just a little toward the passenger side of center. There should be a black rubber or plastic tube protruding and pointing down or down and back. You may need a piece of wire to snake up the tube to loosen whatever is clogging it. Be careful with the wire and don't just shove it all up in there. Just through the tube is far enough
- Q: Recently I've been treated, And i was taking the metro gel where the little plastic tubes are to be put inside you in order the get rid of BV around the same time i was told i was positive for chlamydia, and by then i had already wash the tube thoroughly with nothing but water and placed it in the box. I then stopped the process of the metro gel so that i could be cured for chlamydia. Last night i reused the same tube that i was using when i had chlamydia. Did i just re-contract chlamydia back into my body without intercourse. I was told intercourse was the only way to catch this disease? Did anyone else experience this?I already been to the doctor 3 times in one month, it is so embarrassing having to constantly go to the doctor about the same issue. that is why i'm on the net asking this very personal question, because i'm impatient and i must know now. does anyone have a positive, overly-confident answer?
- Relax, you're fine. A woman indeed may reinfect herself with chlamydia, but don't worry, this condition can be completely prevented. Chlamydia is sensitive to heat, the pathological bacterium can only live for 5~10 minutes in degree 50~60. Plus, away from our body, pathogen of chlamydia will die soon. Except for intercourse, clamydia can spread through sharing the infected toys. And for a certain condition, a pregnant woman can give chlamydia to her baby. Anyhow, do not have to worry about it, you'd be ok!
- Q: Can plastic tubes be painted or coated?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be painted or coated. However, it is important to use a paint or coating specifically designed for plastic surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and durability.
- Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to punctures?
- No, plastic tubes are not inherently resistant to punctures.
- Q: Can plastic tubes be used for promotional or sample packaging?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be used for promotional or sample packaging. They are versatile, cost-effective, and offer a convenient way to package and showcase products or samples. Plastic tubes can be customized with branding and graphics, making them an attractive option for promotional purposes. Additionally, their durability and ability to protect the contents make them suitable for sample packaging as well.
- Q: What are the common wall thicknesses for gas line plastic tubes?
- The common wall thicknesses for gas line plastic tubes typically range from 0.0625 inches (1.59 mm) to 0.125 inches (3.18 mm).
- Q: I recently bought my house in the dead of winter while there was snow on the ground. The snow has recently melted and revealed that there is about a 6-8 inch plastic tube sticking out of a hole in my lawn. Anyone have any idea of what it is? It is flush with the grass and close to the sidewalk.
- If it is closed, with a screw top lid on it, it is the cleanout for the sewer line. Open, it's an intake for a french drain as others have said.
- Q: In the begging she chops off her arm but she puts the yellow thing around at the top her arm. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- You mean like she tied it tightly around her upper arm? To slow down circulation to her arm, so she wouldn't bleed out and die so fast when she did.
- Q: What industries commonly use plastic tubes?
- Industries that commonly use plastic tubes include manufacturing, construction, automotive, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, cosmetics, and medical.
- Q: I don't think it's a problem, but she's worried it's going to cause some sort of problem. We live in an apartment, so we're on a sewage system. The tube was a little bigger than a SMALL toothpaste tube. Maybe two fingers wide. Should I be concerned? Should the guy who lives below me be concerned?
- It could clog the toilet. I guess you will find out later.. My little half-brother did this with a bar of soap a long time ago and the whole toilet had to be replaced
