Q: I just bought these Xbox 360 rechargeable battery packs and i went home to put them in and they aren't turing on my controller and i know my controller's not the problem. Please help
make sure they have charge and just plug the charger in and attempt to play, that should work even without the battery pack, if you mean automatically turn on, most likely no batteries will do that
Q: I need buy a new battery for my computer and my moms computer but I keep seeing 6 cell or 12 cell.and 4400mAh and 5200mAh. I need to know what batteries would be correct for our computers. The computers are Compaq Presario 3700 and Toshiba Satellite L645-S4102 pretty old laptops but they still have some fight. so please help out.Websites to find cheap batteries would help too. Really anything would help. Thanks
These indicate different capacities a 5200mAh will provide a longer run time per charge than the 4400mAh Click on the links to start a google searches
Q: I have the newest type of controller and Xbox 360 (the slim). Just today it randomly disconnected, thinking it was the battery, I ran to my room to get the play and charge charger, not noticing the fact that it didn't turn off, but it disconnected (it turns off if the battery is low) as if it wasn't synced to my Xbox. It is a hassle to get it to sync with my Xbox, and even still, if I move it too much, it disconnects again (NOT turn off, it isn't the battery life!). How do I make it not loose???
Just be ghetto and tape it or buy a new one
Q: I have a Dewalt cordless drill with two battery packs, neither of them will take a charge, Is there anyway to restore them without replacing the battery packs?
You can try zapping the battery packs with a welder per the referenced URL. I've never done that personally but I've had quite good success zapping individual Ni-Cd batteries with an auto battery charger and it's worth a try. You definitely need a higher current and/or voltage source to successfully zap a battery pack with its array of series and parallel connected cells. If that doesn't work, if you're handy you can try rebuilding the battery pack by disassembling it and testing/replacing the bad individual Ni-Cd sub-C cells. There are several good sources online for detailed info on how to do that. I also happen to own a DeWalt cordless drill with 2 battery packs that are slowly going bad and that's what I plan to do when they finally fail. Replacement battery packs are ridiculously overpriced and are only a last resort. Good luck!
Q: What is the voltage of the series battery pack?
Current constant, equal to the sum of the voltage of each series battery pack.
Q: cuz i got an electric snowblower. i know. it sucks! it mostly sucks because i gotta deal with a cord in the winter. it gets very hard to deal with. do they make battery packs that i can plug into it and then eliminate a cord? or is there something like that but instead of batteries, it sends a signal to a receptor plugged into the wall, eliminating the cord??thanks
You've just learned why it is not a great idea to have an electric snow shovel. That power cord is a dang nuisance! The answer to your question is not quite no. There ARE rechargeable battery devices that will supply 110VAC to operate your snow shovel; but they are heavy and not intended to be carried around. They are for emergency use of 110 VAC appliances where there is no available AC outlet. You can find them in Auto Supply stores and truck stops. They typically have both heavy-duty battery clips to connect to a car battery, as well as a standard AC power cord. This way the batteries can be charged up on the road or in a dwelling. The batteries themselves are small versions of car batteries; and as you know, they are not light. Add in the transformer to up-convert the voltage, and you've got a rather heavy device to lug around. As you might guess, this is an impractical way to operate your electric snow shovel.
Q: I need to replace the batteries for my little brother's walkie talkies. They are uniden, and use a rechargeable battery pack. Can I just put 3 single rechargeable batteries in them instead?
If the radio has spots for them, yes, but you need to take them out to charge them on a standard charger for that type of battery. To charge in the radio, you need the special Uniden batteries.
Q: I bought two new battery packs earlier today, and while I knew they were rechargeable, I wasn't aware of the fact that you can't put batteries in it yourself. Is there any way to charge them up without having a charge kit, because I don't have one.
I assume you're talking about Xbox 360 controllers. While there is no way to charge the battery pack without a kit of some kind (due to the unique port), you can buy battery packs that use two AA batteries, and you can use recharchable batteries in them. Swing by a game store or order one for cheap online.
Q: How do you charge your 360 controller battery pack? It didnt come with a cord or anything?
If you have the usb Cable charger You can just plug it in to that I have the dual pack charger . Other than buying rechargable batteries and use those are basicly your options
Q: Can I use an 800mAh 7.4v 10c on an rc plane when it calls for an 800mAh 7.4v 20c? What are my risks if I do use the 10c pack? Any help would be appreciated (:
10c determines the power of the battery so unfortunately you can't send a baby to kill a wolf. you can't put a 10c on your model because the battery wouldn't have enough force (or amps ) to push those motors around. At first (first 2 minutes) it would be fine but then it would overheat and possibly swell in fact, you would hear the motors slowing down please do not try to do this because if a lipo battery swells it could catch in fire. If you have a swollen battery please discard it as soon as you can, not in your trash can but outside where fire will not do any damage. the procedure of discarding a swollen battery is to put some water and lots of salt in a cup that you won't use anymore and then drop the battery in the cup and see how many bubbles form when there is no more bubbles comming out of the battery, you can discard such battery because it doesn't have any voltage and it's harmless. better buy a 20C battery which can give more amps than a 10c battery. i made this mistake in the past lol.
