1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- firstly don't use ceramic tiles on a wooden floor, you will need to do a lot of preparation before doing so. right, concrete floors, basically you find the centre of the room by measuring off the same wall twice, once along each return wall, ping a chalk line across the two marks. repeat in the other direction. you will end up with a large cross. use each corner of the cross as a starting point. the reason for this is that when you reach the walls your cut tiles will be even.. bin tilin' for 10 years. good luck ps don't knock up more adhesive or grout than you can use within approx. 1 hour. its easier and cheaper to knock up small quantities than wasting a load 'cause you've knocked up to much. oh and don't bury your spacers leave them sticking up after about an hour remove and re-use. when left in they can sometimes be difficult to cover with grout.

- Is the tile 9 inches square? if not, you probably do not have it in your tile, as they stopped making it in tile in the 70's. If you get it checked for asbestos and it's positive, you are best to let an abatement contractor do the job. You can be fined for tossing this away if it has asbestos in it.
- Q: I have really old honeycomb tile in my bathroom and it would be extremely difficult to remove it. The surface is pretty flat .Would ceramic tile work best , or something like self stick vinyl tiles?
- The answer to your question is NO...The reason is that you would end up with cracking tiles and lifting. Not to mention that the cement won't stick long term. You can rent a tile remover for little cost if you are willing to put in a weekend of sweat equity. It sure beats spending thousands on a contractor to do it.
- Q: Thinking of putting tile on front porch. It has a couple minor cracks. Is there anything that I can put down so that the Tiledoesn‘t crack in the future.
- You can tile over the concrete as long as the cracks have to shifted meaning on side of the crack is higher than the other. If that is the case you would need to stabilize the ground underneath first. The most cost effective way would be to have it slab jacked. That being said if there are just cracks first fill with fine silica sand then use and elastomeric caulking. DO NOT USE EPOXY!! This will just cause the concrete to crack in another place. Then you want to install a tile membrane on the concrete and then the tile on top of that. This will allow for some cracking and movement of the concrete below without the tile or grout cracking. Durarock or Tileguard make a tile membrane and can be found a any tile supply house. Hope this helps.
