FAQ

Q:How to get free samples?

A: Send your address, your telephone number, post code, and express account number to our mail box

and told us which model of samples you need.

Q:Who pay for the express cost?

A: We can support you free samples each model 1-3 pcs, and we do not pay for express cost.

Q:What is your packing?

A: usually plastic bags, carton, can be packed as your require.

Q: Are plastic tubes lightweight?
Yes, plastic tubes are lightweight.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for insulation in electrical wiring?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for insulation in electrical wiring.
Q: puckers? I don't want to waste money on stuff that does. Thanks
Yes i have had that problem alot the padded ones are the only ones that seem to work
Q: Are plastic tubes biodegradable?
No, plastic tubes are not biodegradable.
Q: What is the maximum temperature that plastic tubes can withstand?
The maximum temperature that plastic tubes can withstand varies depending on the type of plastic material used. Generally, most plastic tubes can withstand temperatures up to 150-200 degrees Fahrenheit (65-93 degrees Celsius). However, it is crucial to consult the manufacturer's specifications or testing data for accurate information on the maximum temperature resistance of a specific plastic tube.
Q: I have a pond pump and standard aquarium plastic tubing. I will be drilling tiny holes in equal increments throughout the tubing to release the air. Is there an equation to show the air pressure that will be released through the holes? I would like to know how many holes I need and how far to space them to achieve a certain amount of air pressure to be released from a specified length of tubing. This is a test and will not be done under water. A simple diffuser will not work for this application.Ideally I would like a formula where I can input the following and get a result:Tube LengthTube DiameterPump PSITube Hole SizeTube Hole QuantityTube Hole SpacingResultAirflow per Tube HoleAny help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information please let me know.Thank you,
The flow rate under water will be quite different from the rates in air. Unless all holes are at the same horizontal level the flow rates will vary. As a general rule, the total cross sectional area of all holes must be below 14% of the cross sectional area of the tube to ensure equal flow from each hole along a long length of tube. Along with the pump PSI (What sort of pump? Diaphragm, piston, centrifugal?) the maximum out put is also a factor. If it is a positive displacement pump the full capacity will be distributed through whatever holes are available with the pressure increasing to achieve this.. hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/Hba...
Q: a molten plastic flows out of a tube 8 cm long at a rate of 13 cm^3/min where the pressure differential between the two ends of the tube is 18 cm of mercury. find the viscosity of the plastic. the i.d of the tube is 1.30 mm. the density of mercury is 13.6 g/ cm^3the answer is 0.097 kg/m.s or 97 cp! help!
Hello Cedric Mapula, let us use the expression V/t = pi P a^4 / 8 l eta Here V/t = volume flown in one sec = 13 cm^3 / 60 s = 13/60 cm^3 /s pi = 3.14 P = 18*13.6*980 a = 1.3/ 20 cm = 0.065 cm l = 8 cm eta = ? Plug these and find the required eta i.e. coefficient of viscosity of liquid Ans : 0.969 g/cm*s = 0.969*10^-3/10^-2 kg/m*s = 0.0969 kg/m*s
Q: How do plastic tubes compare to rubber hoses in terms of flexibility?
Plastic tubes generally tend to be less flexible than rubber hoses.
Q: What are the problems to be overcome in the development of plastic pipe industry?
Plastic pipe industry development prospects are relatively good, especially good performance of new plastic pipes, better prospects for development.
Q: If you had 32 plastic test tubes, what would you use them for?
Since they are plastic test tubes, and being an applied scientist; I would use the test tubes to test plastic of course. That is what plastic test tubes were designed to test. Doh!
