Here okorder / The better of the two is the second one. It is provided by Better Homes Gardens Magazine. It has tools that allow you to do all of the things you specify. The other link is to the About . com website that catagorizes and provides links to specific tools on the web. In this case, you will find links to various home design tools. Good luck with your projects.
Q: A life style magazine that includes: recipes, home and garden ideas, true stories, fashion, beauty and health tips. I have to make two covers for different age groups. For the older magazine it will be for women, but for children it will for boys and girls.

Q: What careers are involved in with Gardening? Can you answer these please ASAP!!
yes there are several careers opportunities are available in gardening field mostly in horticultural industry for those who love spending hours in the garden...The gardening industry offers a range of opportunities for growing a career. There are groundskeepers, landscapers, landscape architects, arborists, horticulturists, and greens keepers, just to name a few. Many in these industries are employed by companies, but a strong number are also small business owners who have gone on to open their own home garden centers, florist shops or landscaping service companies. The average wage for most landscaping and gardening jobs ranges from about $10 an hour for entry level jobs, on up to $18 an hour for more senior positions....!!
Q: Is it possible to have a home garden in Vegas, or is it just to hot?
You can have a garden in most environments, it just depends on the plants, you may find you might have to have things like ornamental grasses and cacti, things like these thrive on the hot weather, but also you might want to do some research on plants and find ones which don't require much watering, this not only makes it easier for you but also it lowers your water bill, meaning an easy, affordable and maintainable garden!
Q: Fairly priced home and garden decor websites?
Hi okorder and type in the above. You'll get hundreds of hits that will tell you all you need to know about these subjects for free. Can't get more fairly priced than that! I hope this helps Johnny
Q: Have a new house with many plantings front and back yard. Communication with previous owner has been difficult. I would love to find a volunteer who would walk through the garden areas with me to name and label the various species there. I want to weed, but love wildflowers and such, and don't want to take out something of interest. I know I can go to my local university with plant leaves for help with identification, but with so many, it would be a long and tedious process.By the way, my geographic location is northeastern Connecticut. thank you.
A Master Gardener would probably be able to identify most of your plants. Connecticut has a Master Gardener program and the is probably a local Horticultural Society.
Q: Basically, my dog has fleas, and if you have experienced the 'joy' that is fleas you would know that they are a bloody nuisance! They have spread pretty quickly and we have tried giving him vet strength flea treatment every 3 months (as advised), then every month instead, cleaned the house completely, bathed him frequently, brushed as many fleas/eggs from my dog and flushed them all down the toilet.I seem to think the problem is with my garden but how exactly am I supposed to banish fleas from my garden, my whole house even. Tbh I'm not that bothered about the fleas being in my house, because it's my dog I feel for, bless him, It's terrible to see him scratching. I don't have a load of money and would prefer budget ideas but if you know of something that has worked a treat in similar situations that is more expensive, please, share that too. Help me please. It's so much appreciated!
Ask your vet about Capstar. It will kill all fleas on your dog almost instantly then you can bathe him keep up with the Frontline or whatever flea control your vet advised. As for your home, bug bomb or call pest control. You can also have your yard treated but if you can keep your home dog free of them yo ushouldnt have to worry about your yard. Best of Luck!
Q: I mean without using poop, my husband buy chicken and cow manur every summer, and it stunked. He even used our son's poop, dead gold fish with tail stuck out the soil, I don't think I want to eat the vegetable he planted.
nope, no home made other than poop. they might stink but they taste better than the fertilizer old bill sells.
Q: When using Treflan TR 10 as a pre-emergent weed control in a vegetable garden, does the pre -emergent function not also stop your vegetable seeds from germinating?
I have never used this product but any of this type I have used would do the same thing to any seed ,either weeds or those planted. You might be able to scrape enough off the rows to get by but then weeds could also start. If you plant sets you shouldn't have this trouble.
Q: I for one will use it for it's amazing protein, and eat it.
Probably not. I actually like to grow castor oil plants more. They look better and grow really fast. And plus, who else can say you grow one of the most toxic plants on earth in your yard?
