Thanks!!!: unfortunately, you are going to have to purchase a new door if you want the metal finishes to match. the cost of having your existing door's track, frame, etc..., removed taken to a plating company (this is the only way the finish would ever stick, paint will absolutely not work) would be more than a new door. there is no option in the $20 range, other than completely removing the door and getting a rod/curtain to replace it (if you have tub shower - if its a separate shower, this is not an option) and that will still be more than $20, since a decent curtain liner will cost more than that, let alone a new oil rubbed bronze finish rod curtain clips.
