SiBa for Iron and Steel Smelting

Application

It is widely used as highly effective and long time deoxidizer in steel-making, casting iron and foundry, while has the function of desulfurization and dephosphorization. It is especially suitable for large thin-walled parts and the foundry of non-uniform wall thickness of parts and small thin and urgent cold of parts, while can used to improve the quality of castings.

Properties and characteristics

Casting

(1) Inoculants apply to grey cast iron and nodular cast iron and can promote “A” type of graphite formed and graphite balls complete.

(2) It can be into nuclear in relatively wide temperature range, has strong ability of spheroidizing and anti-recession and can effectively prevent castings from chilling tendency.

 (3) It has complete deoxidizing effect and better than the other deoxidizing alloy agents. Its addition amount is 35-50% of FeSi75’s.

Steelmaking

(1) Si-Ba alloy containing 10%-35% of Ba has high efficiency, strong ability of dephosphorization and better than CaSi alloy.

 (2) After adding Si-Ba alloy, the essence and distribution characteristics of non-metallic inclusions will have important change.

(3) Adding right amount of Si-Ba alloy into the steel can improve plasticity and toughness in the high and low temperature. FeSiBa can most effectively improve winterhardiness of the steel.

Q: Please it would be so generous if you would help me find metalreally need it
Metal A raises temperature by 45 - 5 = 40 C Metal B raises temperature by 15 - 5 = 10 C So A has higher specific heat. Def: specific heat is the measure of the heat energy required to increase the temperature of an object by a certain temperature interval.
Q: why do we need to recycle metals ?
Death metal hands down,There are soo many reason's why i love it.The complexity of the guitar[s],Melody of the bass,The sheer power of the drumming and the PURE bruatality of teh vocals but In DM i don't look at the vocals as a 'lyrics distributer' as i look at it more of an instrument itself . I found out something interesting,if the band name[logo] is all crunched up together that means the band is awsome :P BUT i also really like BM but most of the time i don't like bm bands is the vocals, there are some that are unique and powerful. Fav DM (l'll name a few): Necrophagist Psycroptic Bloodbath Deeds of flesh Jungle rot Fav BM : Emperor Rotting christ Dark Fortress
Q: Two different questions metal and death...
It's hard to properly go into detail over the differences but they're very different. Aesthetically, their appearances are different. Death metal artists just look like normal people really, while a big part of black metal is use of corpsepaint and other **** like that. Also in the 90s there was a big feud between Norwegian black metal fans and Swedish death metal fans.
Q: I know you have Metal genres like Metal/Heavy Metal/Black Metal/Death Metal/ etc... but i want to know what order do all of the metal genre ordered from softest to quot;Darkestquot;E.g #1 Rock#2 Metal ...#7 Black Metal
Metals can only react ionically. That means that a metal will give away some of its electrons to a nonmetal that accepts those electrons. The metal and nonmetal atoms will then be bound together. Nonmetals can react with other nonmetals by forming covalent bonds. That means instead of one element giving away its electrons, the atoms in the product will share the electrons instead.
Q: ok tell me if you do and then give me some recommendations.i preffer stuff like folk metal.i have been really listening to bands like tyr, turisas, eluveitie, ensiferum, wintersun, ayreon, and opeth.like give me recommendations for bands like that.
For every good metal band there are thousands of sh*t ones, thus (per capita) its not the best genre That's a testament to how influential the genre is, it makes people want to start a metal band of their own despite having no talent, I don't think that takes anything away from the genre as a whole, to use a beverage analogy the cream on top of that poor tasting coffee makes it all worth it. where as other genres make consistently average sounding music.
Q: is deathgrind, goregrind, porngrind and another grind music are metal
Magnesium is in group 2 of the periodic table and forms stable Mg2+ ions by losing electrons. (Metals form positive ions) Magnesium reacts with oxygen to give a BASIC oxide MgO (Metal oxides are bases) Magnesium is MALLEABLE (Bends and can be hammered to shape), shiny when fresh cut, conducts heat and electricity. (all metal properties) Magnesium reacts with dilute acids to produce a SALT and HYDROGEN gas (reactive metals do this) These should be enough to be going on with
Q: any metals

Q: i have been listening to metal for a few years but i still feel like there are a lot of bands i'm missing out on. currently i'm listening to bands like finntroll, sepultura, amon amarth and blood shot dawn. i'm not a huge fan of black metal but i don't listen to to that much so maybe a few black metal bands for beginners would be nice also i'm not really interested in any core bands especially grindcore. I figure im mostly in the melodic and folk stuff but i wouldn't mind getting into some of the harder bands though. if anyone can help it would be much appreciated
Frist wave bands Bathory , Darkthorne, Venom, immortal all are different Venom is more of a mix of thrash, black and death metal.. Bathory was the inventor of the Nordic black metal sound.. Darkthorne was also more extreme and influenced by death metal, Immortal like venom a mix or extreme black metal... Second wave is when you had more different influnces Emperor progressive/ symphonic, Mayham death and Suicidal.. But the most common ones are first wave Black Metal Blackened death Blackened thrash Melodic Black Symphonic Black metal Pagan Black metal or second wave of black metal Folk/Viking black metal Doom black metal Ambient/ Atmospheric black metal NSBM national socialist Black metal DSBM Depressive black metal Extreme black metal , Nattefrost and Marduk Raw is not a style it just coping of first wave black metal and unblack metal is not a sub genre either...it is either black metal or its not... the problem is there is some sub genre's , the more mix it and progress it loses its luster and sound... I just call it all black metal as long as it sounds like black metal, if doesn't then I don't call it black metal...
Q: when i say metal. i mean metal... not this sissy emo bullshit
Metal A has a much lower specific heat capacity than metal B.
Q: Any grand metal bands, that are active, and would fit these particular genres: deathcore, death metal, groove metal, metalcore, nu metal, thrash metal. I'll comment on best answer????. Headbanger's roll!
1984-1990 Pretty much all of the best thrash metal releases were released between these years, in addition in the late 80's you started to get the sub-genre split up, so there'd be speed metal just about to edge into power metal, death/thrash popping up more often (a godly combo), Exhorder starting the in your face rude boy groove sound with the immense album Slaughter in the Vatican, great for more technical thrash metal fans too, the amount of awesome releases in 1989 alone is staggering. A lot happened in those 6 years, and most of it was goooood. The 90's is underrated though if we're talking about true metal, the major rise of Black, Death, especially Power and even folk metal as we know it happened during the 90's, so just 'cause a load of kids thought slipknot and linkin park were metal doesn't make the 90's bad for actual metal.
