Technical Data of High Alumina Brick

High Alumina Brick Used in Chemical and Refinery and Refractory Industries

Why Choose Us

  • We have more than 11 refractory production facilities and bases across China. We have a wide products range, such as ceramic fiber products (ceramic fiber blanket, module, board, paper, bulk), ceramic fiber textile (ceramic fiber rope, cloth, tape, yarn) etc, refractory brick (fireclay brick, high alumina brick, silica brick, magnesia brick etc), monolithic refractory materials, insulating fire brick, calcium silicate board, mica sheet, steel fiber. You can find various products here, and we can combine the light weight ceramic fiber products with the heavy weight refractory brick in one container delivery, then save the sea freight for you.

  • We have strict materials selecting system and quality control system. We have the ability to take responsibility for your orders and product quality.

Q1: How do you control the products quality?

A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements. From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control is conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisor.

Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?

A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks, 10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.

Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?

A3: Yes, but only for some countries such as U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.

Q:How can the refractory brick blast furnace be pulverized and pulverized enough not to be taken away by the wind?
Top burning type hot blast stoveIt means that the burner is installed on the top of the hot blast furnace of the iron making equipment, and it does not need a special combustion chamber in the vault space. It is also called a non combustion chamber type hot blast stove.
Q:What causes breakage of refractory bricks?
There are many factors that lead to the damage of refractory brick, can be divided into: the chemical loss (e.g. salt penetration, redox phenomenon), heat loss (burning, thermal shock), mechanical loss (kiln deformation, thrust, brick masonry quality etc.).
Q:The cloth blowing is not uniform on the lime kiln refractory brick is damaged it
Lining 1 yuan to prevent direct damage to the Sindh kiln high temperature flame or air, to protect the kiln carcass; 2, to prevent harmful substances (CO, SO2) erosion of the kiln body; 3, to prevent corrosion, material flow on the kiln body; 4, reduce the kiln temperature, kiln body to prevent oxidation 5, has the function of corrosion; thermal insulation; 6, to improve the coating performance.
Q:What are the alloy wear resistance materials?
According to the composition of Beijing Naimo metal materials company will wear resistant metal materials is divided into the following five categories: one: high manganese steel series: high manganese steel (ZGMn13),
Q:How are the high alumina bricks fired?
Light and high alumina bricks are usually fired in a weak oxidizing atmosphere. In light and high alumina bricks firing, they are often rich in impurities such as R2O, RO, Fe2O3 and so on. They react with Al2O3 and SiO2 at high temperature to produce liquid phase. In the Al2O3 - SiO2 - R2O system, the growth rate of liquid phase increases with the increase of temperature at high temperature. So, because the increase of sintering temperature brings a lot of liquid phase, the decrease of liquid viscosity will lead to the deformation of brick and the decline of brick high temperature function. Therefore, the lower sintering temperature and longer holding time should be adopted in the sintering process dominated by liquid phase sintering. The production practice shows that the same firing temperature can be used for the high grade aluminum bricks. When fired in an inverted flame kiln, it is usually 1430 degrees centigrade and insulated by 40H. The high alumina bricks such as Ill are 1390~1420 degrees centigrade. When the tunnel kiln is fired, they are 1550 and 1450~1500 degrees centigrade respectively. High alumina brick is usually made of weak oxidizing atmosphere.
Q:Application characteristics of high alumina brick
Load softening temperature. The softening temperature of high alumina brick products decreases with the increase of silica and alkali metal oxide content, but is higher than that of clay brick products, which is about 1420 - 1530 degrees centigrade. Al2O3. The softening temperature of corundum brick with content greater than 95% can reach above 1600 DEG C.
Q:What is the difference between high alumina brick and clay brick?
Lightweight high alumina bricks are usually made of high alumina bauxite clinker with a small amount of clay. After grinding, the bricks are poured and shaped in the form of slurry by gas or foam method. They are fired at 1300~1500 DEG C. Sometimes industrial alumina can be used instead of some bauxite clinker. Used for lining and insulation of masonry kilns, as well as for areas where there is no strong, high temperature molten material erosion and erosion. When contacting the flame directly, the surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350 degrees centigrade.
Q:What is fireproof concrete?
According to the different properties of fire resisting and heat resisting concrete, they can be divided into silicate, aluminate, phosphate, sulfate, chloride, sol and organic substance, fireproof and heat-resisting concrete, etc.. The following are mainly used silicate, aluminate, phosphate, sulfate fire, heat-resistant concrete.
Q:What is the difference between T3 refractory bricks or high alumina refractory bricks?
The T3 in T3 refractory bricks refers to the model indicating that the refractory brick model is T-3, and that the corresponding T-3 model is 230*114*65 (mm)
Q:What is the content of free silica in the refractory bricks of high alumina bricks?
In the meantime, the free silica content of silicon brick is as high as 90% above. Therefore, the most serious damage is silicon brick, followed by clay brick, high alumina brick, magnesia brick and so on.
