Q:Is zinc a transition metal?
Metals: Strong Malleable Ductile Good conductors Form positive ions Highly dense (Examples: Lead, copper, aluminum) Non-metals: Brittle Dull Poor conductors Form negative ions Low density (Examples: Helium, sulfur, bromine) Metalloids: Have properties of metals and non-metals (Examples: Silicon or Gallium)
Q:Whats the difference between black metal and death metal?
The word progressive (in musical terms) refers to a way of songwriting that is diffrent from traditional songwriting. experimenting with the structure and length of the song traditional songwriting usually goes something like this: intro, verse, chorous, verse, chorous, middle bit, chorous, chorous, fade progressive is a bit like this: intro which lasts 3 minutes, 2nd intro, chorous, middle bit (which lasts 4 minutes) intro again, verse, verse, verse, etc etc
Q:Is Rush heavy metal or not?
Detroit Metal City aka DMC Don't judge a book by it's cover. The art is meh but the humor is out the roof. I nearly peed my pants 3 times watching that series. Seriously, I had to waddle to the bathroom. It's a gag anime about a guy who wanted to be a soft-pop musician but somehow ended up being the lead singer-guitarist for a death metal band.
Q:Why are Alkali Metals so reactive?
This Site Might Help You. RE: what is metal hydroxide? what will happpen if i heat it.. and can metal carbonates and metal hydroxides be mixed together ?
Q:metals and electrons?
No such thing. Every band is contrived and ripping someone off in some way shape or form, even the bands that I like. I know that I don't care for the song that you linked. EDIT Did someone actually just call that death metal? This is so not death metal.
Q:Is this nu-metal?
i would have to pick power , but I'm not sure how much difference is between the two, all the break-down on metal is really starting to get confusing, i just listen and enjoy what i like anymore ,,,, but good question
Q:Where and when was death metal and metal originated?
Black okorder.com
Q:What is the strongest metal?
Metal is my favorite genre of music! My brother has hair longer than mine, plays guitar and only wears band shirts and his girlfriend does too!
Q:What are some good Metal bands?

Q:Metal genres? ?
All cheaper, non-precious metals are called 'base metal'. That includes copper, brass, bronze, pewter, iron, tin, zinc and so on. Precious metal are gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium and a few others. Metals are 'precious' because they are rare (expensive), beautiful etc. A lot of base metal is very beautiful on it's own (I love solid copper and brass/bronze jewelry), but most commercially available base metal jewelry is plated (with gold or rhodium/silver) to look like precious metal. That's where the problems start. The plating wears off after a short while and the base metal starts being visible. If it is pinkish, it is copper. So, as far as I am concerned, you are fine if you buy solid base metal. That way, the base metal is polished and sealed (check out the link below for some shiny copper earrings) and you can clean it to a bright color. It's the plated metal, I would stay away from, especially for a ring.
