Finehope FZQ800D-40t multifunction tower crane adopted high strength seamless steel pipe structure featuring good appearance, light deadweight and smaller wind resistance. The crane is equipped with remote safety monitoring system. Furthermore, the crane can be extended into various models via the combination of the same tower mast and different boom, anchoring and undercarriage to meet the different construction requirement.
Compared with similar model, the advantages of Finehope FZQ800D-40t are as follows:
1. On the condition that the tower mast, mechanism and electric system are general-purpose:
1.1 The crane will become into luffing jib tower crane if equipped with luffing jib.
1.2 The crane will become into level jib tower crane if equipped with level jib.
1.3 The crane will become into top kit tower crane if equipped with top kit jib.
2. All the abovementioned model can be updated into anchoring or internal climbing crane. Furthermore, the crane can become into stationary or mobile type via different undercarriage fixing method, i.e. embedded, crossbeam or travelling bogie.
3. Furthermore, the condition of anchoring or internal climbing can be updated to better performance via updating mechanism and jib.
4. The modular design and reservation of extending & updating interface can bring new experience to the end user.

Q:Lifting a cylindrical steel vessel kind of thing is required to change it's postion from vertical to horizontal for cutting into pieces. The cranes deployed are indivisually operated.
This is strictly a question for an experienced rigging contractor. There is a lot more to the question than just what cranes you are using. I have been involved in the lifting of many large vessels up to 150 foot in length and over 600,000 lbs. If you have to ask questions like the above, you have no business even involved in such a project. There are many contractors who are experienced in doing the kind of work you are asking about. I would not undertake such a job without some very experienced folks taking the lead.
Q:How big is the contactor lifting? How big is the car and how big is the turn?
How big is the lift? It depends on the size of the motor you use. 24KW motor, the choice is about 100A. 30KW uses 125-150A, 55KW, and 150-180A;Generally 40A contactor is used for turningCar selection of 25A on it.
Q:My science teacher wants to know why cranes make work easier rather than just lifting an object yourself. She refers to the formula of force x distance. So i have to compare (in a way) the work of a human lifting an object and a crane lifting an object. Grrrr.... I hate this project!
The type of crane she is referring to ia a simple pole with a fulcrum placed between the person operating the crane, and the mass to be lifted. Imagine a weightless pole with a rope tied to one end attached to a mass of weight 224 lbs The pole is 9 feet long Let's say the human weighs 112 lbs, or half of what is to be lifted. Without a crane, it will be difficult to lift that much and swing it around. With the crane, though, let's look at the advantage when a fulcrum is placed under the pole and the person pushes down on the pole to lift the weight. First, note that gravity is in favor of the person to use their weight on the pole. Using physics, with the fulcrum place at x from the mass to be lifted, the downward force of the person is F*(9-x)=224*x or F=224*x/(9-x) now plug in some values for x and compute the force: x F 4.5 224 3.5 143 2.5 86 1.5 45 0.5 13 I started by placing the fulcrum exactly in the middle and then moving the fulcrum in increments of 1 foot closer to the weight to be lifted Notice that the more pole towards the person pressing down, the less force the person has to apply to lift the weight. Also, note that when the fulcrum is in the middle, the person must apply a downward force equal to the weight - which willl be difficult foir a person that weighs 112lbs. However, once the fulcrum is placed 2.5 ft from the weight, the person only need apply 86 lbs of downward pressure. Leverage. j
Q:do they get the concrete blocks up that hang at the end? Do they use another type of crane to assemble them?
Yep, they use a smaller crane that sits on the back of a truck and has a telescopic arm, it only takes a few days. There's a lot of construction going on in my city and I've seen them do it.
Q:im so frustrated because ive tryed everything and im obsessed with this book it would really help if someone could find a way for me to read it for free online. i cant find it at my library.please and thank you:)?
did you ever get to read this book
Q:in design of steel structures as per asce2005 or ibc2006 ,what load combinations are to be considered when crane loads and seismic loads are present?
Uh, depends on if you're using ASD or LRFD load cases out of ASCE 7-05. I also think IBC 2006 sometimes changes the fine print and also offers their own load cases for ASD and LRFD. A starting point (LRFD case 5 ASCE 7-05) might be 1.2D+1.0E+ L, and for ASD - case 6 - D + 0.75(0.7E) + 0.75L.
Q:I want this as a tattoo but I want to know what it means. Why type of tree is it? What do the symbols translate into?
The kanji / symbol (character of Chinese origin, also used in Japan) is the kanji for 'crane' (the bird, not the construction site vehicle!!)
Q:Preferable short poems or phrases in Chinese.
this one is about cranes We thought they were gulls at first, while they were distant- The two cranes flying out of a natural morning, They circled twice about our house and sank, Their long legs drooping, down over the wood. We saw their wings flash white, Frayed at the black tip, And heard their harsh cry, like a rusty screw.
Q:I live in the upper stairs of this apartment with a huge light right next to the front door, and a bunch of Crane Flies kind of hover around it. So whenever we open the door, some of them come in, and it's a big problem. Especially to a someone like me who's deathly afraid of big bugs.So we want to buy the Raid spray, but we don't know if it would work. The Raid: Ant and Cockroach spray didn't work that well, but that's understandable.sooo anyways, has anyone tried the Flying Insect Raid on Crane flies?
Crane flies do no harm whatsoever, so what you're proposing will replace the total lack of harm that crane flies do with the potential harm of adding more pesticides to the world, plus the byproducts produced in its manufacture and the garbage the can represents later. Is this really worthwhile? I would suggest you look into getting a yellow bug light, it's quite possible that a different type of bulb than what you're using now might be much less attractive to crane flies. If not, addressing your unreasonable fear of insects would be a safer solution.
Q:A few years ago, my college decided to take down two multilevel dormitories. The demolition company decided to take it down piecemeal with a wrecking ball. The wrecking ball was attached to the crane via a very large tire (just the rubber part, not the inflatable part). I have seen this done on normal cranes and other wrecking balls on TV and was wondering if any professional construction people out there know why they would do this as to me, a guy not in the construction/demolition business, think that might be a bit unsafe.
It really depends on the terrain or the platform where this crane will stand.. If it is in a muddy or sandy terrain, then they may opt to use a chain tire. Cranes, dont merely rely on the tires. Cranes use outriggers. These are the extending arm of the crane. This hydraulically operated mechanism goes out of the cranes body, extends and extablished itself at four corners and sits at the ground to provide leverage for the cranes. This will prevent the crane to overturn when it is doing the operation.
