1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- The metal frame that divides the tile into different sections is made from strips of metal carefully bent and soldered into place. I have seen steel ones and also brass mold patterns. The key to it is to have the bottom of the strips perfectly flat and level so that when you pour in the liquid cement mix, each color stays in its own compartment. - Hi there you have to be careful using these becauze if it getsx cold, he can prolapse and this can be expensive to fix. if it can be fixed. i prefer paper for babies then gradulate up to the calci sands when older.
- Q: OK here is my problem. I want to switch my bath tub to an all-tile shower and wonder how to do it. So far the tile were set onto a cement board that was itself put on top of the drywall. I am wondering if this is a common thing. From all my research, it looks like tile should be on the cement board, but there is no use for extra drywall behind it. It actually makes things tougher because you need some sort of corner tile instead of normal bullnose since the cement board and the rest of the wall are not at the same level.My second question is: is there an order to do all this i.e. should I make the shower pan (sort of rubber sheet filled with cement), before or after I install the cement board on the wall. Is there a specific angle used for the drain?Thanks in advance for all your tips.

Some areas require a water proofing membrane over the seams and screw heads. Its a paint and I cannot remember the name of it. 4) Tile the wall and base. When dry, grout and then seal the grout when dry.

- A old terri cloth towel dusting the tile and doing the tile dry. If you need a bit stronger use a white nylon scrub pad called a doodlebug pad. Most every tile place will have these. If that doesn t work , then go to the grout haze and effervescent remover ( sold as one multi use product) 8/9$ an 8 oz concentrate Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar...GL
- Q: What‘s the difference between tile mastic tile adhesive? I was told to paint the wall w/paint primer first then use tile adhesive rather than tile mastic to apply tiles on damaged green board around my jaccuzzi tub for a quick fix. The green paper peeled off when removing the old tile exposing the brown cardboard stuff.
- Tile mastic is the pre mixed glue that come in pails . Quart , gallon, and 3 1/2 gallon pails. Adhesive is used as a general term .. It can be a mastic, a thin set etc..Either will work for the suggestion I had given you about painting the green board to allow any adhesive to adhere.. - Q: i had my floor tiled a few years ago...they had used black grout between white tile and put my island back...just had island moved and there are black stains on the white tiles...can they come out...and how???
- Greetings.. If this is an intentional black grout used between the tiles.. as you say, then your work is cut out.... hope it is just dirt. But, assuming the worse, keep in mind that grout is designed to stick mainly to the unglazed sides of the tiles. So... You can use a razor blade scraper tool -- this tool holds a one sided straight razor blade. You then can slide the blade along the tile at an acute angle (near parallel) and scrape off the grout ( like cleaning a cookie sheet with bad carbon build up). Change blades often for big jobs. Then use the Teflon scrubber pad, soap and water - and - some elbow grease for finishing. Think twice about the bleach...test it on a small unseen area first - it may have nasty staining possibilities on the black grout you Want to see..
