FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q:can and how to paint over tile...?
With all due respect to you and any others; CAN I is often part of a question asked here. The simple answer is YES! Will you be satisfied? Rarely. Tile is essentially glass; not at all designed to be painted; or have paint strictly adhere to it. You'll get answers that state a specific primer; or some suggestion to ROUGH UP the tile surface. I've been on the planet a long time; and have installed multiple thousands of sq. ft. of tile; and applied thousands of gallons of paint; but NEVER together. I'll just say; IF I was asked to do so; I'd refuse a job no matter how much the customer was willing to pay. It isn't something I'd want my name on when the paint starts peeling; or a fingernail happens to scratch it; or attempts to remove soap scum; create a large area of SKIN to come off with the scrubbing action. Q:What is the loss of tile tiles?
Number of Wall Brick 800 tiles Square number * 1.6 + 1 ~ 2 = quantity (plus loss) 600 tiles Square number * 2.78 + 1 ~ 2 = quantity (plus loss) Toilet kitchen ground Specifications: 300 * 300 square number * 11 + 1 ~ 2 = quantity (plus loss) Bathroom kitchen wall tiles Specifications: 300 * 450 square number * 7.4 + 1 ~ 2 = quantity (plus loss) Specifications: 300 * 600 square number * 5.5 + 1 ~ 2 = quantity (added loss) Specifications: 250 * 330 square number * 12 + 1 ~ 2 = quantity (plus loss Waistline Specifications: 30 * 30 weeks long * 3.3 * 5.5 = quantity (plus loss) This is a more accurate calculation of the loss of the way, in general, are sufficient, and after completion should be some remaining, but not absolute, to take into account your home irregular zone, if more, the more the loss, the carpenter can not Hundred percent to you count, so would rather buy more and more to buy, buy more can also be in accordance with the original price back, and less to buy a brick with no color is a very careless thing, so the loss to More consideration, a wall of the last left a bag, 2 packets are reasonable.
Q:home decoration advice : what to do with wasted wall tiles?
If they happen to be the smaller 1x2 or 2x2 sized tiles, those you can donate to schools and preschools. These are good for counting. Anything bigger and they' re hard to handle for little kids. Larger tiles can be donated to older art classes for the kids to use. If they are colorful tiles you can break them (carefully) up to use as a mosaic pattern for decorating planters, small counter tops etc. I ve even seen wall art done with broken tiles and framed. Q:tiles and tile adhesive?
You don t say what size tile it is and what your going over as far as a substrate. It makes a difference. Since I familiar with the coverage in s/f and your post suggests you came from the states I ll use a s/f format and some generalizations. Assuming you have a larger tile you should be using a larger notched trowel.1/4x3/8 but you may want to use a larger 1/2x1/2. I ll go off of a 1/4x3/8 trowel. A standard 50# bag of thin set will cover an area of 60/70 s/f using a 1/4x3/8 trowel. Splitting the difference and using 65 s/f per bag, divide 65 into the 290 s/f you have. Or 4.46 bags. So you ll need 5 , 50# bags of thin set using a 1/4x3/8 trowel. If your using a different size trowel , all bags have a coversion chart on the back to figure your coverage. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
Q:What's the best online source for quality ceramic tile?
if i was you i would first go to a tile shop ...many shops ..and find the tiles you really like first ..take down their number and batch number ..they vary a lot in shade ..then see if you can get the same on the net ..in my experience ..you can do as well in the shop as on the net ..they are all so easier to deal with if something goes wrong
Q:Can I install new tiles or granite on top of the old tiles on the wall between kitchen cabinet?
I think you would just have to add a level surface between the two.
Q:I want to tile my bathroom walls. Can I tile directly over the painted sheetrock?
Painted Bathroom Tile
