Product Description

Flexible 100W solar panel with Sunpower cells

Flexible solar panel are designed to provide a powerful charging solution for batteries and conform to almost any surface. Unlike other 'flexible' products, these use high-efficiency monocrystalline cells that produce more power per square foot than any other flexible panel on the market.
An impermeable lamination coats the entire module, allowing it to contour and flex against curved areas, eliminating any need for custom mounts.
The panel can be affixed by adhesive or screw mounting options and grommets are an added bonus for ease-of-installation. The thin, lightweight module can also be sewn into canvas, making it a truly versatile solar module.
The Solar Flex panels are aerodynamic and DURABLE - a virtually unbreakable solar battery charger for RVs, boats and long-haul trucks.

Q: Can solar panels be used to power a gas station?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power a gas station. Solar energy can be harnessed through the panels and converted into electricity, which can then be used to power various operations and equipment at a gas station. This can help reduce reliance on traditional energy sources and lower the carbon footprint of the gas station.
Q: Can solar panels be leased or financed?
Yes, solar panels can be leased or financed. Many solar companies offer leasing options where the panels are installed on your property and you pay a monthly fee for their use. Alternatively, solar panels can also be financed through loans or financing programs, allowing you to purchase and own them over time while making affordable monthly payments.
Q: Can solar panels be installed on factories or industrial buildings?
Yes, solar panels can definitely be installed on factories or industrial buildings. In fact, these large structures often have expansive rooftops that can accommodate a considerable number of solar panels. Installing solar panels on factories or industrial buildings not only helps reduce their reliance on traditional energy sources, but also provides an opportunity for these establishments to generate their own sustainable and clean electricity.
Q: Can solar panels be used in areas with high levels of noise pollution?
Yes, solar panels can be used in areas with high levels of noise pollution. Noise pollution does not affect the functionality or performance of solar panels.
Q: Can solar panels be used to power air conditioning or heating systems?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power both air conditioning and heating systems. Solar panels generate electricity by converting sunlight into energy, which can then be used to power various appliances and systems, including air conditioners and heating units. This allows for more sustainable and environmentally friendly ways of cooling and heating buildings.
Q: i know that a solar panel of square meter generate 000 watts on a clear and sunny day, but i need to know the time rate. is it 000 watts per day or per hour? Thanks.
This question was answered a few days ago. The Watt is the unit of of power, not the unit of energy. Energy is measured in Watt-Hours or Joules but not in Watts per unit time --- see the difference --- [] a Watt per hour v. [2] a Watt for an hour? The term, Watt per hour does not make any sense --- it is a bit like saying my car has 00 Horse Power per mile. You are right to say that the round figure for the power input of a solar panel is ,000 Watts per square metre, in the middle of the day when the sky is clear. Were the sun to shine for 0 hours per day in the summer, you could get as much as 7kWatt-Hours per day --- if you were very lucky. The roof area of a small house is no less then 50 square metres and this is more than big enough to supply all of you household energy needs but taking account of rainy days and taking account of the need to store the energy for night-time is an expensive problem, to satisfactorily overcome.
Q: How do solar panels affect satellite dish reception?
Solar panels can potentially interfere with satellite dish reception, as they may obstruct the line of sight between the dish and the satellite. This obstruction can cause signal loss or degradation, leading to a reduction in the quality of reception. However, proper installation and positioning of the solar panels can help minimize this impact and ensure optimal satellite dish reception.
Q: Maximum size of solar panel i have to use is - 8 * 5 feet - this is the limitation given to us.
go buy some 90's Arco solar panels. they're about 2x5 inches and produce 60 watts (24 volts x 2 amps) in full sunlight. then mount them up on a rig that tracks the path of the sun all day long. not all solar panels are created the same. the ones you get at harbor freight will be less efficient than the ones you buy from some guy whose father got the panel as a gift from a business party in the 990s.
Q: All I ever heard is how easy it is to get solar panels for a persons home. I live in Arkansas and to do my house it would cost 25000 that I dont have and No state incentives. So where do I go and get these free solar panels? Thanks for the help
The only way it pays off is if your energy supplier or state refunds half or more of the cost. Even then, could take 20 years or more to pay off depending on your electrical usage. Most people are either misguided or doing it to reduce their carbon footprint.
Q: I'm going to this camp and the instructors asked us to be prepared tomorrow to build a sun tracker for a solar panel. Does any one have any ideas, tips, or advice?
tbls0 has a good idea for the tracker, but let's take this one step farther. A clock motor large enough to move a solar panel, unless it is a very small one is going to be large, and expensive. Use the timer motor, as suggested, but attach a slotted disk to it, with a light source on one side, and a detector on the other side. As each slot comes up and allows light to pass through, this creates a one shot pulse which is used to cause a stepper motor to move position to keep the panel aimed at the sun. At the end of the panel travel for the end of the day, a switch could be set to close, bypassing the step control to put the motor into full constant speed reverse, this causing the panel to swing back to the morning position. The whole affair gets it's start up call by means of a light detector, similar to those used to turn lights off at sun up. The control would, of course be set to turn the system on to track the sun during the day. While some digital control is going to be needed, the system would not need a computer to run it.
